Tops Surgical Specialty Hospital

I would rate them 5 stars due to their friendly staff and accommodations. I wanted to rate them 5 stars as well for calling me to inform me about my procedure and expected costs in a timely fashion BUT I can’t do that seeing that they informed me about everything, literally, and made sure they covered their bases on everything EXCEPT that their anesthesiologist is not a part of their charges, and not only that, but also the provider is out of network for my insurance and now I have $5000 bill for it. I’m sure they’ll say “read your paperwork,” but you were sure to VERBALLY inform me of literally everything else, so what made this very pertinent information any different? The facility is in network for my insurance, but Best Choice Anesthesia and Pain, which is who they contract with I assume, was not. I wasn't told if I had any other options for anesthesiologist or anything of that nature. Be sure to ask these questions FIRST, or go with my recommendation of just going somewhere else to have your procedure if you can help it!

No complaints about care, they are excellent plus in that department, but to reach a HUMAN on telephone if you have questions is impossible. They are F- in phone setup & availability to speak with. And almost as bad at returning tel. calls.

Tops Surgical Specialty Hospital. The staff there are so helpful so nice as well as the doctors. I would recommend everyone to go here they are great and if I could I give them 10 Stars.

Starting with the receptionist she was so sweet all the nurses and anesthesia and his nurse .My doctor and staff. I felt everybody was just wonderful. They all made me feel safe and at ease.

I had to have colonoscopy and was totally fearing this procedure. Dr Dexter Turnquest referred me to Dr Brandon Fadner for procedure. He was able to schedule me quickly this and it was done at TOPS. I told staff I was very scared and apprehensive. They took time explaining procedure and reassuranced me that they would take very care of me. All staff from pre op phone nurse phone calls, buisness office regarding my part that I would owe, lady at front desk, pre op nurse that got me ready for surgery, anesthesia, techs in procedure room, recovery nurse and Dr Fadner ( he was so wonderful ) did a fantastic job of making me feel at ease. During procedure I was never exposed and kept warm with warm blankets. In 10 years when I need this done again I will be looking up Dr Fadner and TOPS. Thanks TOPS for all you did !!!! Fantastic staff!!!
