From the moment we arrived for my father's outpatient dialysis we were treated very well. Parking is a nightmare
...this is true. However, the warmth, professionalism and kindness shown more than makes up for that. From Valet
to admission, from the volunteer that helped us up, the receptionist, down to the dialysis nurse and director. All were extremely communicative and concerned. It was refreshing. It was relieving.

Update: With a Handicap Permit, valet parking is free.

First off the Nursing Staff and everyone treated me beautifully with care kindness and compassion. They should get 5 stars. The fact that no urologist on staff and the fact that I had to get straight catheter several times and then finally after an excruciating ordeal with bladder pain did someone decided to give me a foli. Was sent home never seeing an urologist because there was none. I firmly believe saying if there was an urologist anywhere I wouldn't be home with the foli. Thank God for the Nurses for they make up for everything the hospital lacks.

I was admitted in the psychiatric ward and it was the worst 10 days of my life. The staff are extremely rude and strict, they talk about patients behind their backs, and the conditions are disgusting. The bathroom was dusty and hairy, and the mirror was completely covered in rust. All we did was watch movies, and I only had ONE actual therapeutic group in the TEN DAYS that I was there.
If you are looking for a psychiatric hospital, PLEASE take my advice and find a different one than Trinitas. You will be absolutely miserable there. My mom and some doctors were trying to get test results back from Trinitas, and they haven't responded at all. They are extremely slow and they did nothing at all when it came to my discharge. Even my mom hates it there.
I was getting blood work done, and the nurse forgot to put the gauze over the needle before he took it out of my arm and blood wet all over my arm. It was the worst hospital I've ever been to, and I strongly advise that you do not go there.

Worst hospital I've ever encountered. So mismanaged it's actually embarrassing. The day I went into the ER, I gave them my insurance card and they took a photo copy for their records. The photo copy did not help whatsoever because instead they wrote me down as being on Medicare even though I'm 21 years old. I then received 5 different bills from my visit that were not run through my insurance company. After months of trying to figure this mess out with the hospital and insurance company, the hospital then referred me to a collection agency.

I had two surgery's one behind the other on my spine and neck and i was staying on the 6th floor on the south wing. OH MY GOD. what a nightmare. There's a nurse named Janette who seemed to be used to working in a vetinarian clinic because I would be in so much pain and she didn't even budge. The nurses assistent would give an attitude when you ask for them to help you move and even for something as simple as water they would give attitude and bad looks. This is vetenarian clinic not a hospital. If you have a choice to choose a hospital dlo not choose this one.
