From the moment we arrived for my father's outpatient dialysis we were treated very well. Parking is a nightmare
...this is true. However, the warmth, professionalism and kindness shown more than makes up for that. From Valet
to admission, from the volunteer that helped us up, the receptionist, down to the dialysis nurse and director. All were extremely communicative and concerned. It was refreshing. It was relieving.
I will never forget how I was treated here. I didn’t even feel human more like cattle.
Never go here even if you’re dying
Is this a hospital? There are no healthy food options for patients. Food items on tray are absolutey unrecognizable. Equipment is outdated, nurses debate with patients regarding pain or ability to perform certain tasks, do not acknowledge patient needs. Cleaning Staff conducts loud personal phone conversations consisting of profanity, and vulgarity while cleaning patient rooms.
My Girlfriend and I came into the ER at around 7PM because she has had a fever, nausea, and a persistent headache for five days straight. It is now 1AM and we’re still in the front waiting to see any doctor at this point. On top of that, staff were not transparent with us at all. They didn’t give us any information about our status. She is now crying in pain and no one is doing anything. STAY AWAY!!!
Disgusting. Dirty. Useless staff. My daughter was taken there by ambulance from Kean University because of chest pain and shortness of breath. I arrived from NYC within an hour and she was sitting in an overcrowded waiting room. I spoke w the Charge Nurse and was told they were waiting for a bed and there were a lot of sick people there. After surveying and assessing the situation I took my daughter to home to the ER at Hackensack University where she was seen immediately. Not sure if Trinitas is a victim of underfunding or because it serves an area with a minority population, has staff that doesn’t believe it has to provide quality customer service. Whatever the case, DO NOT GO TO THIS ER ROOM.
