Trinitas Regional Medical Center

Hi. My name is Vincent Pilgrim. I received excellent service from the staff during my stay from the morning of September 14 to the afternoon of September 15. Everyone was friendly, and professional. Their concern for my well being resulted in receiving many tests and exams to address my health problem. I was very pleased. And the food also was very good.

My sister had breast removal surgery in this hospital. Everyone were super nice and helpful. Originally I was little unsure. I saw few negative comments about this place. I can’t say a bad thing about experience

This is the hospital my surgery took place at and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. All of the nurses were very responsive and caring. Very clean and efficient environment.

Yesterday i went to register for an x ray. I was helped in registration by a wonderful caring and very professional. Her name Is SAMANTHA ROCCO. I been in customer relation for over 30 years. And i have seen very few like Samantha Rocco. Trinitas should acknowledge this great employee. So to Samantha Rocco thank you so much for all of your help yesterday. You are a great employee and the reason i will return to trinitas is because of the caring help you gave me yesterday

Working here was one of the most challenging experiences but great as I was able to learn a lot, but I took what I knew and what I learned to a place that showed appreciation for their staff. No one stays here too long, staff turnover is a huge problem for this place as they also do not pay well at all. They expect you to be Albert Einstein, work as if you're 3 people, but also pay you nickels and pennies. P.s Following response and stats given: I've never commented on the care the hospital provides, but since the stats were provided below- let's comment. As an employee I have witnessed great care coming from some nurses. They do try their best to provide the right kind of care to their patients regardless of the business aspect of the hospital. I however stand by my original comment.
