Terrible. Came in and got bounced from place to place to get checked in. Lady at information finally helped after radiology and the registration at radiology sent me to the wrong places to register. Then was told that they didn’t have everything needed from my primary doc. I had a report but they wouldn’t even look at it because it wasn’t sent from my doctors office. Really just a bs appointment that wastes my time. Been waiting months for this appointment and will have to again because they didn’t check what they had (correct referral, images, etc) prior to my appointment. Don’t feel confident about the level of care I would receive here.

Hands down the most unprofessional medical place I have dealt with. Constant problems with appointments, billing, bedside manner, condescending staff, etc. Even getting someone on the phone to reschedule an appointment I missed today because of not being able to sit in the lobby until they eventually felt like having our appointment was a headache.

Everyone is very helpful and kind.
