I had an appointment - many medical folks hand you a stack of paper and take your ID then 'tell you' to sit down. Here it was spacious - folks were kind and READY. It went quick. Then they automatically notified my general practitioner - great. I highly recommend them.

Staff at the Freestanding Summit ER Mt Juliet are all first rate. They provide prompt, detail-oriented care to patients. Clerical staff, nurses, and physician were all professional and friendly. I was treated and released within a reasonable time. I recommend the facility, its good to have this care so close to home.

I've had 2 visits to Summit Imaging in Lebanon in 7-10 days. They are very quick in getting you checked in, the people there are very courteous and nice. The technicians are quick to call you back for your testing and everyone is very professional but also treat you as if you were someone they've known for a while and carries a real conversation with you. They seem to be genuinely interested in the conversations and they do not rush you thru the testing. They do however, explain what they will be doing and answer any and all questions you have. I recommend Summit Imaging, Lebanon to one and all

I was very satisfied with my first visit to summit medical Centennial Heart. I had a distressed issue and with previous Stay and tests done at a hospital, was able to get this resolved buy this office visit and this examination along with a new EKG and then the doctor after reviewing my hospital record of my recent stay and treatments and tests. My doctor expanded that my issues was not a harmful one. Am a very relieved patent.

I had to visit the ER due to a hurt left foot. I is in Massive pain! They were quick to get me back, get me settled & the "MD" come in. He removed my water compression water shoe, visually looked at it & ordered X-Ray. No broken bones. Sent me home with an ace bandage & poorly ( loosely ) wrapped foot. The ER "MD" NEVER touched my foot! Diagnosed me with a contusion ( a bruise ) & no stated himself there is "No Bruising". And then they all, LET me HOBBLE out of the back of the ER, to my car ALL the way out front. All the ER staff watched & let me go. In LOTS of pain. NO ONE offered a wheelchair for leaving or to even assist me out to the door of the ER. *** VERY POOR SERVICE & CONTACTING MY INSURANCE TO DISPUTE THE ER CHARGES!!! *** I followed up with Summit's Walk-In clinic the very NEXT morning. The MD there actually TOUCHED my foot & diagnosed with a severe sprain of the tendons & ligaments all along the left side of my foot to my ankle. SURPRISE!! I am NOW in a ankle/foot brace for 4 weeks with crutches! I WILL NOT go back to Summit ER!! The MD offices & the MDs ( approx 4 ) that I interact with apart from the ER / hospital portion has always been amazing in their service! Seems the ER still needs some work in EDUCATION of HANDS ON medical service!! If you touch a patient, you might find out lot more than by just LOOKING WITH EYES! VERY DISPLEASED & WILL NOT be using this ER again!
