I've had 2 visits to Summit Imaging in Lebanon in 7-10 days. They are very quick in getting you checked in, the people there are very courteous and nice. The technicians are quick to call you back for your testing and everyone is very professional but also treat you as if you were someone they've known for a while and carries a real conversation with you. They seem to be genuinely interested in the conversations and they do not rush you thru the testing. They do however, explain what they will be doing and answer any and all questions you have. I recommend Summit Imaging, Lebanon to one and all

What started out as a very scary ER admission turned induction, became a wonderful experience. Every nurse we had was so helpful and comforting throughout my delivery and recovery. I would HIGHLY recommend TriStar Summit Medical Center! I can't thank them enough!

The service in the ER was very good. However before my visit. I spent 30 minutes prior to checking in making sure I would be covered by under in-network benefits. The nurses in the ER said they were not allowed to verify my benifits because it could be considered denial of services. I contacted TriStar summits billing department. Twice the first employee was very quick to say yes we are in-network for your plan then hung up. I wasn't convinced the first employee knew or cared so I called a second time and spoke with a different employee who also confirmed that I would be in-network. Weeks later I received a letter stating that I owed nearly 5,000 dollars. The letter also directed me to file a grievance with my insurance company. Which I did. The insurance company did allow in-network benefits but TriStar is still billing me 1500.00 dollars. According to blue Cross the max they would be allowed to bill for in-network is 665. So basically they are trying to rob me of of 700 dollars. I have been on the phone for hours trying to get it fixed. The supervisor of the billing Dept. Said they did me a huge favor by reducing the bill to 1500.00. The issue is if I hadn't been lied to before the services I would have left and went to a different hospital.

I have had to visit this facility twice since it opened. The first time was for my 3 year old and most recently for my own issue with kidney stones. The team here really is AMAZING. The space is clean and well maintained but more than anything they have a patient first mindset!

I went to the Summit ER on a Monday afternoon. I was really impressed with the attention I received. From the front desk to the billing office everyone was so nice. Dr. Jake (I don’t remember his last name) was so caring and wonderful! The nurses and techs the people from CT were all so nice and caring. I highly recommend Summit Medical Center in Hermitage TN.
