Had great service when I got my MRI. Was confused about the bill I received. The insurance company gave me the EOB and Truman worked with me, giving me a fair and reasonable bill. Good people. Recommended.

I think some people just look for things to complain about in reviews. I had all three of my children here and the nurses that work in maternity care were always so friendly and caring. Growing up as a kid I went to their dental clinic and loved going there. Ended up with an infected tooth a few years ago. I did not have insurance at the time. They made sure to get me in to have the tooth pulled as soon as possible and worked with payments with me. The ER can be a bit of a wait, but it doesn't help when most people go there for a cold causing them to be busier than they should be. All in all, not a bad hospital at all.

The maternal care part sucks the staff is great but almost every time I come here I can never get in on time. I have waited over a hour past my appointment time multiple times. I delivered my daughter here and had no issues, but I will NEVER go back to the maternal care part again! People have lives and can't wait around all day for a appointment they showed up to early or on time to.

TERRIBLE. no help. it’s EVERYBODY’S first day, meaning they don’t / can’t / won’t help . no availability, like is this a HOSPITAL or a restaurant. how are you booked for a month ?!?! i’m just gonna bleed out & deliver my own child at this point. might as well go let research hospital kill me. i hate it here .

I walked around this huge facility for about 30 minutes before Dr.Coil (sp chk) stopped to help me. Forget about the receptionist and the consierge.Great service came from a doctor who wasn't mine but she treated us like we were. So now I know I made the right choice for my new baby to be cared for by this network of pediatricians. I can't thank Dr. Coil (sp chk)enough ... I know she was busy... Most likely her lunch break but she helped me and my 5 day old little one get situated in the right place. We are excited and now I'm resting all that much easier. Just knowing the Drs there are down to earth, helpful, and caring.
