I can't comment on every single department in this hospital and I've heard lots of good things about their "floating hospital for children" This one star(wise I could give a negative)is for their thoracic and lung cancer team. I just wish to ask them this one question: What kind of hospital or human being will knowing let terminally ill patients suffer for weeks before seeing them and waited for months on giving treatment? My brother was diagnosed with cancer at Tufts in March and he couldn't get any treatment until July. He had a very good health insurance plan which should cover the cost for whatever the treatment may be yet you people keep mess up and reschedule his appointments from time to time, especially "thanks" to Dr. Lori Pai. This got to be the the worst place to go for cancer treatment in the state of Massachusetts
My 6week stay leading up to my induction was amazing. The nurses were great! After I gave birth it all changed. I don't even have the little guys footprints or anything like that. One nurse in particular made my last few days hell and the l&D nurse was elderly and should have retired. I loved waiting to see my baby for an hour because she couldn't remember to bring all the supplies over. I do not suggest going here unless you want no birth "experience". Having your baby on the sidewalk would feel about the same.
Took amazing care of my beloved sweetheart. Created a first of a kind surgery to save her from chronic pancreatitis, fed me when I visited, treated me as a visitor with extreme dignity. They are simply amazing, and I've never, ever been so impressed with any hospital. My sweetheart owes her new lease on life to their innovative care.
The ER is the absolute worst!!! Almost everybody from security to management is extremely rude, unprofessional, and either need to be retrained or fired!
The security guard with the glasses and the dreadlocks is particularly rude and unprofessional. He does not have the right temperament for the job.
He and the blonde nurse that took me to the exam room lack compassion or even caring.
Not sure how this place is still in business.
I hear the complaints about having to wait too long for your nurse to answer the call bell or to get something for you. All hospitals are giving nurses too many patients and it will only get worse if Question 1 doesn't pass. VOTE YES on QUESTION 1 and you will get better care. Hospital administrators are telling you a bunch of lies to prevent the bill from passing. I've been a nurse for 41 years. I know what I'm talking about. QUESTION 1 / VOTE YES
