Would you want your loved one left in a hallway for over 20 hrs? Although I saw empty rooms. We were told there were none available! How is one expected to remain in a hallway throughout the night under bright lights with constant noise; buzzers, bells & whistles!!!! Staff seemed to pass the buck on one another and although my loved one was in a yellow gown, staff had not been informed of her being a "fall risk" patient! Will think twice about going there again.

This ED deserves zero stars.
Front desk staff and triage nurses were friendly and helpful.
The facility itself is pretty run down in appearance. The shared patient bathroom was disgusting and filthy. I wouldn't even consider using it.
My personal experience was that the doctor wouldn’t even run any kind of testing. I was discharged without any examination or what would be considered standard testing for the issue I came in with.
I was treated like I was wasting the doctor’s time by being there, despite coming for something that I was concerned was life threatening.

I’ll never come to this hospital again. The wait at Strong might be all night, but at least I’d get treated like a real person. At Unity, you’re a body on a bed and a way to bill the insurance. I’ll be disputing the charges.

Do not go to this emergency room unless you want to die. This is the worst emergency department in the world and they should be shut down. My father was taken to this emergency room because he was passing out and falling. They barely did any tests at all on him and, being that I had medical training myself, I noticed his stats. The doctor was ready to send him home and I pointed out my dad's stats and said are you crazy? You can't send him home. The doctor literally asked me what he should do? I told him that, even with the little bit of training I had, it was obvious that this man needed a pace maker. Low and behold he did and they put one in. If I hadn't have spoken up, he would have been sent home and died. Despite my pleas that my parents stop going to this horrible hospital, they went there again after a horrific car accident. When I arrived, I found my father in horrible shape, bleeding profusely from wounds that nobody had even looked at. They barely did any tests and sent him home. Sure enough, he had a horrible bleed in his brain and had to be rushed back to the hospital, this time to Rochester General (a real hospital with real doctors) where he ended up requiring 2 brain surgeries that saved his life. Again, only by the grace of Jesus Christ, did he survive both of these experiences at this joke of a hospital. Do not go there if you value your or your loved ones lives.

I came here two days ago for abdominal pain and I was give different Ivy’s and oxy and told have a nice day. Two days later back here for abdominal pain I am actually writing this as I wait. I have been waiting for over two hours in the waiting room; when I asked them when I would be seen they moved me into the back and I have been her for 30 minutes and have yet to meet my nurse. Before coming back here a male made me feel uncomfortable by asking if I needed help undressing. Now that I understand is his job but he continued to be persistent say “well if you do need help let me know.” I was uncomfortable period because I was to strip to my bare underwear to lay in a hallway where many pass and disregard my existence. Not even a blanket is on my bed and I was suppose to strip bare. Not even a blanket was offered. I am in pain right now I can hardly move or talk cause you’d be surprise how much your body relys on your abdomen. Honestly, if I could take back the papers I signed I would and I would drive somewhere else. I hear these nurses giggling and talking about nothing but not one has walked these halls or checked on me I have this 3 stars understanding it is and er but no that I sit here and listen to nurses talk about shots, and children, and not one had acknowledged I’m here. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE I WILL DIE FIRST
