I was involved in a head on collision which left me with a broken hand and several cuts and bruises. The doctor prescribed me medication which only made me sleepy while at work, it didn’t help the pain at all really so I went back to see if i could get something that wouldn’t make me so sleepy but ease the pain better. They treated me as if i was a drug addict, asking unnecessary questions and stereotyping me. Long story short, they told me to take Tylenol and sent me home with a broken hand from a car accident. I’m totally disappointed and unfortunately still in pain. I don’t wish to ever have to visit oschner again for anything after I’m done with my check ups. They made it as if i was lying about being in pain. Nothing has changed about this hospital, only the name unfortunately. I would even rate this place 1 star!

I am completely in awe of the oncology department! When I was diagnosed in September my life completely changed. I am so very glad that I am doing chemo in Monroe who are now connected to Osheners. The staff are amazing and the oncology nurses are the brightest angel diamonds! I am half way through now and I feel secure in the knowledge that I will be well taken care of for my next step! Thanks y’all!

There are good doctors and good staff but be ready to sit in the waiting room for hours because they are very slow! I'm very dissatisfied with how slow they are and I will be contacting someone about this issue!!

I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone this is the worst hospital in Monroe I've been calling to set up an appointment all morning long and nobody will pick up smh how rude

Awesome Medical Center! Always treated well by all the Doctors, Nurses & Staff. Also have the same feelings about Ochsner Shreveport.
