Loved our experience while my mother was in the ICU care. Nurse Ashley was an absolute angel. See cared for my mother like she was her own. In the end when my mom was being moved to Hospice, Nurse Ashley gave me a hug and assured me it will get easier. You don't see that in most hospitals anymore. Hopefully Nurse Ashley in the ICU has a blessed day and continues changing the views of hospital patient care. Thank you for taking good care of my mother.

I have been going to UC since 2014 have nothing but great things to say. Recently I went and they were able to save my foot! The surgeon said that any other hospital and I probably would have lost it. They just don't know how grateful I am that they were able to save it. So very GRATEFUL

We have had to go through hoops for information on our uncle even though I’m on his list. His nurse today named a Megan is very short with me for info and won’t cooperate and she hadn’t been the first. Yes they have helped my uncle and did him a service. He has been in the ER since Monday night and it is a Thursday because of no rooms.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST hospital I have EVER and i mean EVER! Been too. I waited for hours just to get checked out in a room! My throat was swelling to where I couldn’t breathe!!!!! They said nothing was wrong!! They sent me home with NOTHING!! I then went to BETHESDA who had me on 3 different medications!! And rolled they’re eyes at this hospital! NEVER GO TO THE MAIN CAMPUS!!!!! THEY WOULDN'T CARE IF YOU DIED IN THAT WAITING ROOM!!!!!!!

Stroke victim with full shoulder replacement.NSICU care was excellent.Step down care was good.Next level down care has less nurse to patient ratio which equates to less individual attention. We had to wait 1.5 for a nurse to address a blood in urine situation.
