I am a long term patient on the OB floor. This hospital is so outdated and does not look, smell or feel clean. My room is not clean. Wiped floor with paper towel and it was black! The room is depressing and not at all appealing to someone who is not well. This is the OB floor where new life begins for a baby. Where is the cheerfulness? The food is absolutely the worse. Pre-made, tasteless, frozen entres. 60 plus years of food service and you still do not have it right! The nurses are good and my doctors are great! Do not think I would ever choose this hospital again. Hospital administrators need to walk the hospital to see what needs to be addressed in their hospitals, that is if they really even care. Surely there are funds to bring this hospital up to date.

Loved our experience while my mother was in the ICU care. Nurse Ashley was an absolute angel. See cared for my mother like she was her own. In the end when my mom was being moved to Hospice, Nurse Ashley gave me a hug and assured me it will get easier. You don't see that in most hospitals anymore. Hopefully Nurse Ashley in the ICU has a blessed day and continues changing the views of hospital patient care. Thank you for taking good care of my mother.

(broken hearted daddies girl).....my dad was admitted in the beginning of Dec 2018 then 3 days before Christmas we were told he wouldn't make it much longer but that was wrong her went back to the facility where he was staying for his leg rehab. and started to get better talk better even seemed to be getting his strength back he went to another hospital where they said his condition was serious but wasn't saying he was going to die or any thing like they were at UC.. fast forward he had to get his left leg amputated the beginning of January and the doctors said the same thing but one slipped up and said he was giving the nurses a hard time which everyone gets frustrated but for yall to basically give up on him cause he wasn't the best patient (who sick wouldn't be)? right ! but they wanted us to put him in hospice so they didn't have to bother with my dad any more its just sad yall claim to care for people and want to save lives... but soon as the person doesn't do exactly what yall want yall give up?? the social workers I was 24 they basically forced me to give up on my dad send him to hospic I had no where else to take him .. why do only some lives matter at UC I thought they all should ?? guess not , signed ,the girl who's dad you'll gave up on thanks for showing me people in this world are cruel land the two social workers keep on and after I said no 20 times kept asking why is my reviews not being posted or at lease responded to

I have been going to UC since 2014 have nothing but great things to say. Recently I went and they were able to save my foot! The surgeon said that any other hospital and I probably would have lost it. They just don't know how grateful I am that they were able to save it. So very GRATEFUL
