They have really nice people working there. They know what they are doing. You don't get the run around

Their billing department has no clue how to bill insurance. I was billed for a service I received almost a year ago at this point and have decided to bill me for a covered service months later when I had already paid my part. I've been in a constant struggle with them and my former health insurance provider (who is saying that they input the wrong billing code), only to have them snub me off every time I call. Even though they finally let go of their egos and put in the correct code and tried again, they continue to act rudely whenever I call for updates. Unprofessional. Fraudulent. Negligent. The last thing someone needs who suffers from a mental illness from any sort of medical condition, is to deal with people who couldn't be bothered to do their jobs correctly. It's this kind of behavior that can get you in a lot of legal trouble and could possibly lead to a billing fraud case. It doesn't matter if it's purposeful or not.

I'm sure this is a fine medical facility. It is a terrible mental health facility. The staff allowed my Wife to go into crisis waiting on medication. They explained to me that they ".....are an ED and get busy". They explained this to me while standing around the Nurse's station for 45 minutes, while my wife degenerated into a full-blown panic attack. When she reacted poorly to them, they packed her off to Denver General. Atrocious.
