I had a scheduled appointment for an MRI for over two weeks now at the location at 1801 W Taylor St 1A I arrived today August 20, 2019 at 8:28AM only to find out that the lack of communication between the staff at the actual location & the registration department caused a major issue with my insurance. Ms. Tina only wanted to over talk me & not listen to what I had to say. She attempted to continue to over talk me when I kept asking her just to hear me out. The issue wasn’t caused by me & I had been in communication with a manager at both location & my insurance company. When working with the public it’s so important to have a better level of customer service skills including listening, understanding the customer/patient, privacy, the willingness to help & not just being in defensive mode ready to say no! I requested to speak with a manager (Maria) she came out immediately & called me to the back to have a private conversation apposed to having my personal business out in the opening for all the other patients to hear..so embarrassing & leaving me feeling very uncomfortable as everyone turned their attention to me. What ever happen to the privacy act Ms. Tina? I sure hope a manager or supervisor read this comment & have a coaching with her. As I type this I’m still sitting in the waiting area with the same patients that now knows my personal business as they contact my insurance company..again for verification. What a horrible experience! I hope to never return to this place & I sure want an apology after they figure this out. Thank you Ms. Maria for understanding the privacy act & being attentive to my needs.

I FEEL LIKE 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH TO DESCRIBE HOW AMAZING THESE ANGELS ARE FROM THE OB CLINIC TO THE OB DELIVERY! MY EXPERIENCE WAS PHENOMENAL AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOSPITAL TO ANYONE WHO IS PREGNANT LOOKING FOR A GREAT PLACE FOR TRUE CARE FOR YOU AND YOUR BABY! THEY ALWAYS CHECK ON YOU AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY! FROM ME TRYING TO HAVE A NATURAL BIRTH DOWN TO EPIDURAL TO A C SECTION EVERYONE KNEW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND YOU CAN TELL ITS THEIR TRUE PASSION TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A SAFE DELIVERY! IF I COULD REMEMBER THE NAME OF EVERY DOCTOR AND NURSE I HAD I WOULD THANK THEM PERSONALLY!

When waiting for the doctors most of nurses are rude and have no respect to family members that are with love ones that are here for them. I find it in pleasant and not very friendly to its clients In need when I was waiting for my wife to be let in. I begged them I want my wife to be let In my room. Then feeling prison waiting for my wife. I will never come here again!!!!

Horrible ER experience, I went in for a head trauma, I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours only to see a medical student and the nurse said she would come back and clean my bleeding head but I left, my blood was dry already and I wasn’t going to waste anymore time there. Never even saw a real doctor. When the medical student said, “Awesome no brain bleed” I knew this place is a joke. If I could give zero stars I would!

With Gods direction they saved my life. Eternally grateful. They diagnosed me with a brain aneurysm in 2013. They performed the emergency surgery and saved my life. I am here today because of God and the doctors at the University of Illinois hospital. Thank you Dr Hanjani (neurosurgeon)and others who aided her.
