My boyfriend has brain injury and they take really good care of him. They are very informative about all his procedures. They kept him comfortable warm and have been watching him 24/7.

Honestly haven't been seen yet, so take with a grain of salt. Front staff at urgent care were very nice. Only 2 people ahead of me. Don't think I've ever seen that in a urgent care before

I would like to thank the staff, at UNM. I was at another hospital for 6 days.
I started at UNM ER, the staff escorted me to the UNM UCC along the way explaining the process.
At the UCC, the Triage nurse Marlo checked with the Dr Alex, sorry did not get last names.
Dr. reviewed my history, and came up with a patient plan. They removed my stitches, sent my prescriptions to pharmacy.
Once at pharmacy. I had an issue with my out of state insurance, however she was able to get an override, and received my medication.
From the ER to the pharmacy, I would like to say Thank You. Feeling Better.
Sincerely your patient, Jim Lloyd.

The worst yesterday I found myself laying face-down Taco those parking lot in parent need to call the ambulance and they rushed mean damage to say that I have low blood sugar that was at 30 30% of blood whatever sugar come out they didn't treat me but it kept me in the waiting room or in the ER finally connected me to a drip of a glutine and then back down to 84 then back down to 76 and when they decided to tell me that it was okay to send me home I asked him what about it the abscess or the spider bites that I had on my leg that I guess you can look at it you can see this infected they still suck me home at that time they also didn't see me for almost 40 hours that I sat in the emergency room telling me that they were in the hospital was full I was upset you still wanted me to sign the papers so I can get paid still you can just look at my leg I got to go to the hospital and hopefully I don't fall out due to blood sugar issues even though I've never had diabetes in my life so you still haven't told me what was wrong under the fact they told me that since I took methadone even though I've been on methadone for a year but all of a sudden it just happened to be methadone as you could tell the doctor was prejudiced against methadone and decided to tell me how you know I might as well start using heroin again right that's the service you get especially after you known to have used any kind of drugs in the past
