I’ve been sitting in the ED for over 5 hours and have yet to see a doctor barely have been seen by a nurse. Never expected such poor service from a UPMC hospital. One things for sure I’m
Never coming back here for medical attention.

I didn't have to go to the Emergency Room. I had an appointment for a sonogram in the morning and had no troubles parking and finding the Imaging Center. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly overall.

I am A type 1 diabetic who whole heartedly regrets on coming here for medical attention. My insulin/blood sugar check was not being monitored on time. Nurses BARELY come in to check on you, almost like they do it at their own leisure.. I had to press the nurse button more then twice!! Just to get a response from someone at the desk. The Doctors were OK. Should definitely be pressing the nursing staff.. or better yet rehire a whole new hospital staff for y’alls rating sake!!

This hospital was the worst. I went there because it was the closest and I couldn't drive far due to migraine. I told them everything I was feeling. I was diagnosed with a migraine and sent home. Two days later I find out I have Fibroids.
