I’ve been sitting in the ED for over 5 hours and have yet to see a doctor barely have been seen by a nurse. Never expected such poor service from a UPMC hospital. One things for sure I’m Never coming back here for medical attention.

I didn't have to go to the Emergency Room. I had an appointment for a sonogram in the morning and had no troubles parking and finding the Imaging Center. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly overall.
