I don't know why this medical facility is rated so low. I saw nothing but friendly and professional people during my brief stay in this hospital. If I had to go back here in the future, I would have no hesitation. Thanks to all for taking good care of me.
All the nurses and techs on the second floor are amazing and sweet. They toke care of me and help me get back on my feet but let's not forget about
👉Dr.Yoon👈 a man with the heart of gold i appreciate you help getting me back on track👍
I was late to an appointment because of bad weather. We had tornado warning issued. I was delayed because we had a lock down in the courthouse which I work. Got to the office 25 minutes late. Not a single person sitting in the office and I was told I would have to reschedule. Mind you, this is after they had said I had some abnormal blood work so I needed to make sure I made it too my appointment. I've always liked the MD and PA i had but the staff has always been rude. I will be looking for a new MD after this experience.
If I can give a 0 star or a negative point, I would!!
I had a biopsy which I didn’t really need in January. When I was making appointment for that, I asked about the charges. The lady just said that we will bill your insurance like my insurance will cover the most of it. But later, I received a statement saying that I am responsible for more than $800!! They ran my insurance and at least they should give me a estimate amount of the charge for this OPTIONAL procedure. They didn’t provide that information at all!! I feel that I have been tricked into getting a procedure I don’t really need and pay for it all.
If you don’t want to be tricked into something you don’t need, don’t use this image center or don’t come to this hospital at all!!
This 'er' did not have what I needed. No MRI technicians, basically wouldn't help with what I needed for my back pain. Basically turned me away, but at least the triage guy was honest, and let me know they can't do much but 'X Rays'. Which I didn't have a broken bone, so that would have been completely unnecessary. They should not be considered an 'er'.
