Horrible service! My mother (a disabled woman) went to get an X-Ray today, signed in with the reception desk @11:00AM and the girl at the reception left her waiting almost 6 hours to be taken in. How can people tolerate this kind of service?!

Horrible place, wait times are so bad we had to take our daughter to another facility. After waiting in the ER for 5 hours. After we told the people in the front desk that we were leaving they told us we were going to get charged for the er visit. Really we are waiting for 5 hours with a 2 year old with 103.8 fever and all they told us is we are getting billed for the visit. Someone needs to do something about this horrible place!

You are better off going to a clinic. This place will do nothing for you and bill you an extreme amount of money .my son went to val verde regional medical center ER department cause he wasn't feeling well. My son was there for a couple of hours and was given nothing what so ever. The doctor gave him a prescription and told him to get it at a pharmacy. Next thing you know a couple of weeks later he received two Bill's totaling almost 10,000 dollars. For what ? For sitting there a couple of hours in pain . How is this place still in business, oh I know how by ripping people off that's how. People look at there reviews before ruining your life and going to this 1 star ratt trap.

This hospital is the worst hospital I have ever been too. Just to get an MRI I waited 2 1/3 hours just to be put in the back where I then waited another 45 minuets to be seen AFTER asking when I will be seen. While I was back there many of the radiologist were ignoring me everytime I asked to be seen. One even said they just got into work and didn't have the time to deal with it. Horrible service and long wait time
