If I could give negative stars, I would because the care I received (or lack there of) in the ER was sub par and appalling. I have never been treated so unprofessionally in a medical setting as I was this past week. My plan is to avoid St Teresa at all costs and to encourage my family and friends to do the same. Very frustrated and disgusted with both the nursing staff and the physician whom I came into contact with. Look elsewhere for emergency medical care!! 😡

Enjoyed my experience with the staff and facility. Quick and easy. Never too busy.

This hospital is horrible. My elderly mother chose to go there after I called 911 for her when she exhibited very abnormal behavior. She decided on St. Teresa because Wesley diagnosed her as having overdosed on sedatives after a surgery and weaned her off of them for her own good. She didn't like this because it temporarily caused her some pain so when I called 911 after she was acting very abnormally, she chose St. Teresa. I am a pharmacy tech who worked for a dozen years at a hospital so I know that Wesley knew what they were doing, but I couldn't choose her hospital because she was the patient. They left her in pain for multiple hours and misdiagnosed her as dehydrated. My spouse and I argued that she was not well and their horrible case worker told us that she had the right to refuse treatment. She died in our house the following morning where our children could have found her. She could have lived if she had been admitted. I would give negative stars if I could.

Had to go here with work insurance. They cared more about listing marrital and religion and how religious ("do you go to catholic church every sunday?" "Have you accepted Jesus?" And many many more like it) i am than providing any kind of healthcare. Missdiagnosis witch doctor conversion clinic is more i like it. Felt more like an inquisition than any kind of health or care organization. Idc if i have to pay but i will not go back here.

I brought in my mother last night to the ER and I wish I had not. She was treated terribly and the nurse and physician were both dismissive of her symptoms and rude. The only person who asked why we were there was the front desk person and not one person asked her medical history. This is just the beginning! I'd like to say it was really busy and they had something more pressing going on. This was NOT the case. Every staff member at the nurses station was on their cell phone, scrolling away. I'd leave every negative thing about the visit but the list is too long. Please keep driving if you are needing emergent care. They should be ashamed of the "care" they are providing.
