Via Christi Hospital Wichita St Teresa

The employees at this hospital are elite. They went above and beyond expectations. I'd like to shout out Michelle, Anita, Brenda, and Camille. The level of care you showed was amazing. Also shout-out the surgery nurses although I didn't get their name. Dr. Misasi you are talented and I appreciate you too.

The staff was absolutely amazing with my son. The team was professional, kind and very patient. Also extremely helpful! Any questions or concerns I had they answered. This place is amazing with children!

I had ortho day surgery there recently. The only negative thing I can say is I had to wait 2 hours past the time scheduled for my surgery. The nurses did let me know that the doctor’s previous case ran long due to unforeseen issues. It happens. The facility was clean. My doctor and every nurse who provided my care was professional,knowledgeable,and took good care of me! They communicated well to me and my family. Good people.

We have seen Rose Wusterbarth for 8 years through this clinic and over the 8 years it's gotten harder and harder to get my kids in to see her.. The people that answer the phones for appointments are impossible and absolutely awful to deal with!!! Service has went down hill so now we are looking for a new family Dr....

If I could give negative stars, I would because the care I received (or lack there of) in the ER was sub par and appalling. I have never been treated so unprofessionally in a medical setting as I was this past week. My plan is to avoid St Teresa at all costs and to encourage my family and friends to do the same. Very frustrated and disgusted with both the nursing staff and the physician whom I came into contact with. Look elsewhere for emergency medical care!!
