I had cataract surgery here yesterday and had a wonderful experience! I was so impressed with the friendliness of everyone and the care and professionalism with which they did their jobs. They worked together with precision and accuracy. At no time did I feel like simply another patient and their conduct and attitude alleviated any concerns I might have had about their competency. I highly recommend this hospital.

They have got to have the rudest nurses I've ever dealt with. The ones I've met have absolutely no respect, bed side manner, or compassion. Also, the waits there are always insane. On top of how I already felt, tonight I brought my sick boyfriend to the ER (only because he didn't feel he could handle the ride to Greenville) and I had larger nurse with thin, short blonde hair roll her eyes at me when I explained to her he wasn't feeling well (she had called him for Triage) and was in the bathroom. To top it off, she closed the door in my face when I went to walk into Triage with him. Not once did she speak a single word to me. My boyfriend also mentioned she was rude to him in Triage and randomly just walked out without saying anything. We ended up leaving because of how rude she was to the both of us. Worst ER ever.

Please do not go to this hospital. Go to Pitt, go to Duke go anywhere but here! The waits are ridiculous. I get priority but when 6 people come out and no one is called back for 6 hours please. Some of the nurses are friendly along with the doctors but not all of them.

A family member of mines been up here all day(10am-currently as I’m posting review) today with all types of tests done. After she was brought back from a c-scan a nurse called for help bc the bed wasn’t in, the other lady hardly put in any effort to assist with the bed, walked out and asked another lady to did she know how to do it...... the nurse who asked for the help 1st finally got the bed straight while the others seemed careless....nothing much has changed but the remodeling....
