I stay there for a night everything was great
Horrible hospital. Horrible emergency room staff. My fiance just had our first baby 3 days ago. Her epidural was messed up by an anesthesiologist from another hospital. So she's been having spinal migraines and can't even walk without help. So 3 days later we felt like it was enough. So we went to this hospital only because it was in the town we live in. We arrive, we are told it will be a while before she is seen. So we wait and wait in the waiting area. A grown man then walks in with "stomach cramps". He comes in laughing, walking and just being normal while my fiance is completely incapable of doing anything. So then a nurse comes out, calls the grown man back and then tells us it's going to be another 2 hour wait (we've already been there for an hour and a half.) So of course I'm pissed off. And then This hospital had my mother in law sign a "Refusal of treatment" form before we left. Absolutely pathetic. This is not the only bad experience we've had with this place. There have been multiple. If you have a choice and you have time to go somewhere else, do it! This place is horrible.
Spend your money for your health care where the staff actually cares about your health. Very unprofessional and uncaring staff. Don’t go here unless you don’t have any other options.
I was diagnosed with food poisoning and sent home. Came back two days later, I had Bacterial Meningitis, became septic and had to be transferred to Harris Hospital Downtown. I was in ICU 14 days and almost died because of a misdiagnosis by this ER. This is unacceptable.
The staff that I encountered at this hospital were incompetent, merciless drug pushers. They prescribe drugs and suggest treatments without even being knowledgable of their patients' symptoms. The poison they forced upon me gave me various short-term and long-term side effects. It was the worst health care experience that I have ever experienced in my entire life. Go to a more reputable hospital, instead.
