They used to be really great but they are under staffing now. My husband waited 2 hours to go to the bathroom. When he was never attended to I had to clean him and change his bed. The staff does the best they can with too much to do. They always have a great attitude and try really hard.

I hate to even give it one star- just like other reviews I visited Kennestone ER last summer for severe abdominal cramping. I waited for hours to get a room. Half way through my wait they called me in to insert an IV line, and I thought I was finally going to see a doctor, but they just sent me back to the waiting room with the line in for another 4 hours so I couldn't leave, all the while in the EXTREME pain I had gone in for. After I finally got a room and they ignored me for several hours more, I was crying because of the pain and was finally given medication. They said they hadn't wanted to give me any medications in case I needed surgery, but if I possibly needed surgery, I can't fathom why they left me so long in agony. They had a billing person in within minutes to see me when I had to wait hours for the doctor. I swear the billing person who saw me was wearing a t-shirt and yoga pants and looked like a recent high school graduate. Once they saw that I had good insurance they ran every possible test. I had three different ultrasounds among other exams and was told there was nothing wrong with me when I was basically about to pass out from pain. I swear that the entire time I was there I never actually saw a doctor, just an endless procession of unprofessional and uncaring nurses, yet I got a physician's bill in the mail for $850 for a physician I never met, on top of another $1200 of hospital bills and labs, not to mention the $200 prescription they gave me. I spent about two grand and 14 hours to get about fifty tests and zero treatment or pain management. It was awful.

Come here every day for a 10 minute bag change. Never seen for 2 hours, I'm assuming that my time is not valuable to them. Can't afford to wait like this, I can't make work plans. Can't make any plans!

Here for my first grandchild being born and everyone is rude and do not care about the family. No bathroom in labor and delivery and no waiting room even close to rooms. I heard the new horror stories but didn't believe them. Thing have definitely change since we gave birth to our children here. Hope we use another hospital next time. Worse hospital in Cobb County, be aware.

Filthy hospital. My 12 year old son was having a mental breakdown, said that he was going to kill himself and even tried to jump off of the balcony of a 3 story building. He never met with a psychiatrist there we only talked to a mental health clinician (she never gave her name or credentials some slender black lady with sista locks). She was very condescending and belittling to both my son and me. You can tell that she doesn't care about the clients mental health. She even was telling me to go against advice that my son's therapists and previous doctors told me. After refusing to admit him she threatened that if something happens to him or my other children as a result of his behavior, Department of Family and Children Services would be involved. I don't have a case with them so I don't understand why that even came out of her mouth. Oh and the hospital didn't have running water when we were there. They should have told us that prior to checking in at the front desk
