I have been there twice. Both times I was treated amazing from everyone from the front staff, to the nurses and doctors once I was admitted. This last time I had a blood clot in my left leg. The final day was my daughter's birthday. The doctors and nurses ( Ashley ) did everything to take care of me and did everything they could to get me to her birthday dinner. I'm the first to say that staying in a hospital is one of my least favorite things to do. The staff at this hospital make it better. I'm very thankful for everyone at this hospital. Michael Anderson. Room 330-2.

I want to say thanks to the great team they have here I got my fist surgery done here. I was scared at first but they made me feel better... from day one to the end. I really appreciate it. My big THANKS.

My boyfriend and I have had to come here a combined four times within the past six months. This is the closest hospital to both of our residences. I waited to review the hospital until after this most recent stay. First time was in April, after a car accident with whiplash. Drs did NO images, just said it was muscles and sent me home with muscle relaxants. I started treatment through an attorney helping me, and am still in treatment months later from pain caused by that accident. Boyfriend was there twice in the middle. Still really poor care. I went back in this week, they said it was gallstones, and sent home with just two prescriptions for pain! I was still in a lot of pain when I left and it was really hard to get any information from nursing staff and doctors! They actually tried to discharge me without the doctor even coming to talk to me! Very poor service that keeps getting worse and worse!

I was on vacation and i got sick. I was looking for a hospital and i was reading the reviews on this hospital. Not very good 1s. But i went anyway. When i got there they we so nice. And got me in right away. The nurse who go me in was super nice and fast . And my nurse Russia was excellent. And the Dr Robert was great. If every back in the area and i need hospital attention i would return there.

Poorly trained staff, very low morale. The staff at this hospital is very cold and non approachable. I came in because of an emergency... There was no urgency on their part. The hospital was not busy, but when I arrived the staff did not seem to make eye contact and wanted to ignore me. They made me feel very apprehensive in asking any questions. When I arrived, I asked the receptionist how long the wait would be to be seen, she replied with a heavy sigh, and said " don't know go have a seat." I did not sit in the lobby very long... The lobby was fairly empty and I was called back to a room within probably 30 minutes. After I was in a room I sat there for over 3 1/2 hours with no contact whatsoever. Nobody came in to ask me how I was doing and if everything was OK. I left four hours after being checked in with nobody ever asking me how I was. I got up out of my room and walk straight out the emergency room doors where the ambulances. Not one person made eye contact with me nor asked me any questions as I left. I walked out of that hospital and drove to UCI where I was greeted friendly by a well trained staff. They have my phone number and my emergency contact information numbers. Nobody ever called me to check in or up on me. Bottom line... IF YOU WANT TO DIE THIS IS YOUR BEST CHANCE. (suicide by hospital)
