They won’t tell me what’s burrowed under my sons skin. They won’t look. They can’t even tell what it could be or how to care for it. They told me to go see my regular doctor. We live out of state.... we’re on vacation for 2 weeks. I’m supposed to just keep an eye on this dark spot that’s putting my kid in pain. Very little help; super frustrating and being treated like I’m stupid even tho THEY can’t even tell me what this is on my kids leg that’s hurting him. They spent way to much money on the way this hospital looks vs how they staffed the place. Get some actually Caring and smart people.

First experience here was a couple years ago to go to ER. They recommended a doctor to me for a follow up visit on my condition and this doctor was terrible, disrespectful to my faith and very rude to me. Didn’t help me at all and I had to find a different doctor. Nurses who have done my blood tests have been the best experience about this location. They are kind, caring, and they actually listen to you. This week, I’ve been back at this hospital for lab tests and an ultrasound. Nurses are great per usual but this is the most unorganized place. As I type this review, I’m on my 3rd time visiting this week because of how unorganized their scheduling and communication is. And even when I came in this morning, “oh your name is not on the schedule let me talk to the supervisor” lol. Like what even. Minute later “we can fit you in this morning”. And what is UP with selling leggings in the lobby. Not very inviting or comforting to patients.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Currently still a patient here. Came into the ER and the ER nurse treated me with little to no regards and I was told that I was lying about being sick. Got admitted with an infected foot within a 2 day spandex I was giving at least 12bags of antibiotics. When in the room the iv was burning so bad it felt like my entire arm was on fire all while the nurse just stood there looking at me like she was list for 10min before action was taken. I was followed and harrassed by security. The second iv that was put in was leaking antibiotics and blood 30min. Before the nurse even came to my room after pushing the nurse button 3x's. Now it's been another 30min. and the nurse haven't done anything yet. Worst experience at any hospital including the hospitals in the ghetto.

I have been calling for 2 Days to schedule an appointment to establish a new primary care physician,tried there on line form and it just pops up an error message when you try to submit it.Called and left messages with Dr.Grasses scheduling personnel just to get ignored. THIS IS THE WORST HEALTH CARE ORGANIZATION IN WISCONSIN.The imnates are running the asylum!!

Worst ER doctors. They couldnt tell what this rash was on my daughter even though I told them what I thought it was but decided not to do much and recommend me to go to a dermatologist. I ended up taking her to childrens hospital for a second opinion and turns out she has lymes disease just like i thought! Lymes disease can turn out so bad if left untreated. She has all typical signs and a clear bullseye rash but they were so clueless. They took a lymes test and those tests aren’t even accurate all of the time and take weeks to process so what if i would’ve just listened to them and the tests came back negative? Lymes is easily cured if caught early and the rash should have been enough for them to know what it waa. Waiting on this hospital would have caused her lymes to become harder to treat. Will never come here for myself or my family.
