My Mother had total knee replacement and stayed 3 nights. We couldn’t have asked for better care for her. From surgery to release to rehab, the staff was amazing. Emphatic and understanding professional care. Every question was answered and every need was taken care of. We thank you for making for all you did.

One week ago I gave birth to my daughter at White County Medical. This was my first time using labor and delivery and I was extremely impressed. My doctor had called in sick that morning and wasn’t able to perform my c-section and I wasn’t extremely found of the on call doctor (no bedside manner). However, the anesthesiologist (Dr. Spence) and the nurses were amazing. They were so caring and compassionate! They allowed my 3 year old daughter to stay the night with us for the two days I was there because she refused to leave me or her sister. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The rooms were private, clean, and very very spacious! The dietary staff and house cleaning were also very courteous, kind, and respectful. I would highly recommend the new life center for anyone looking for a hospital to have a baby!

If I have to go to a hospital, take me somewhere else it would be more affordable to die. Location refuses to work with you on payments. Bill must be paid in 12mo. I agreed to pay the amount they initially quoted per month. I called and made that payment. 5mins later I get a call saying I owed $30 more because I waited to set up the payment plan. I have documented notes stating agreeing to a specific amount just having to set it up later. No where was I told that amount would go up until after I tried to make the plan. The staff is reasonable from my experience with the ER. Not the best bedside manner but they have helped somewhat. But it just keeps coming up one additional charge after the next. This is MONTHS down the line where I suddenly owe for tests.
