Recently had 2 back to back surgeries. Never having surgery before i was very nervous but the staff was very reassuring and informative about the procedures. Anastasia put me out with not issues before both surgeries and the doctor wisely keep me for OBS, which I appreciate now because I didn't realize how much the procedure took out of me till I was able to rest comfortable for several hours.

My nurses & CSA's all did very well making sure I was taken care of. I didn't really need much but still very thankful for the few calls I did make. Dr Blue did both procedures and did a great job!

I delivered my second child here. The nurses were so hospitable, loving, and caring to me. My doctor deserves an award with his wonderful bedside manner, attention to detail, and his compassionate personality (Dr. Kyle Citty). I hate that they are short staffed and can’t schedule these nurses the hours they need (and deserve) just to fit their own budget. Because of that, I never saw my newborn baby. She was constantly being wheeled away to get tests, vaccinations, vitals, etc. It severely affected me. With my first child, she was never taken from me (she was born in a different hospital) When they did have to take her away, they allowed me to accompany her. That wasn’t the case with my second baby. By the time we went home 2 days later, I was taking home a stranger. This cannot continue to happen. Unity needs to get with 2018. Baby nurseries are ancient. Baby and mother bonding is SO important and needs to be their top priority for this department. If they would just give their nurses more hours, they would have the staff needed to provide that for their patients. But until then, if bonding with your baby is important to you, don’t have your child here. Not until they fix this.

My daughter delivered her baby girl here 16 months ago. She and her children receive Medicaid as she works at barely above minimum wage. Her 4 year old has special needs and goes to physical therapy to learn to walk after hip surgery. When the baby was delivered, medicaid misspelled her name. The hospital didn't communicate with medicaid about this. The bill wasn't paid. We we're we're told after a year the time ran out to correct it. We received a few bills but I was sure medicaid would pay the bill. The hospital started garnishment of my daughters check this month. Taking 25 percent. She has $15 left after bills. She can't buy gas to take her son to physical therapy. This mistake was made by medicaid and also the hospital for not clearing the problem initially. And my daughter should have been notified of the time limit and of the obvious lack of a solution before the time ran out. My daughter is raising her 3 kids alone with no child support. Shame on your business office for literally taking food out of my grandbabies mouths...

Ok first, it was dirty and poorly maintained in both the waiting room and er bays. It tooke 3 hours and 27 minutes to be seen for an injured foot. It took 3 days to recieve a diagnoses that it was broken.

Every single nurse we met, especially the charge nurse was rude and acted like they hated their jobs. On top of that there was a complete lack of professionalism where hospital staff was wearing leggings.

So ultimately, unsanitary, not professional and horrible patient care. It used to be an amazing hospital. Key word is used to.

Waited in emergency room for 4 hours with no one else here. Then people started showing up. I asked how long it was going to be and was told there were others here with more serious conditions than myself. There was NO ONE there for four hours!! If it's an emergency, go to Little Rock because you'll die before being seen here. This place is so severely understaffed I'd be surprised if there haven't already been lawsuits filed against them. CRIMINAL!!
