This place is horrible. Doctors and nurses told my girlfriend to go home because they wanted to switch shifts. They didn’t care what was wrong with her and she had to leave without being treated.

180 degree turnaround since Baptist has taken over! Doctors, nurses, just everyone is more caring about the patients. Dont hesitate to come and get care here. I was hesitant about coming back from 2 years ago. But so glad we did! Top notch care now!

Absolutely ridiculous....when we arrived ppl had been there for 3 or 4 hours a nurse came out and said sorry but it could be a few more hours before you can be taken back. Went to Caldwell memorial and he's had xrays medicine and seen the dr in less than an hour and we're otw home...
