This was by far the worst hospital experience I have ever had. Nobody here actually cares about helping people. They want money and if they can’t figure out what’s wrong with you, tough luck.
I went in about a year ago after having a severely swollen lymph node and very strange symptoms that nobody in the campus nurses office could figure out. I had a fluctuating fever and episodes of extreme dizziness, close to passing out. They gave me a strep test, a flu test, and a mono test and each came back negative. That same day I nearly passed out on my front stairs and had to call campus police to take me to the hospital. They brought me to WNJ. I waited for an hour in the waiting room while I was beyond scared, then another hour in the room after being brought back to see the doctor. I told them I’d been tested that same day for mono, strep, and the flu and they insisted on testing me again. When the results came back negative (of course) they tried putting me on an IV with fluids but after the nurse had stuck me about 3 times and missed, I just asked if they could give me a cup of water instead. They gave me a Tylenol, then sent me on my way. Nobody had a clue what was wrong with me.
They charged me over a thousand dollars for this total waste of my time. The bulk of it was for the three tests I had told them I’d already received. I have no idea what the rest was for. The one Tylenol? The styrofoam cup of water? The time I spent in the waiting room? Even after paying the excessive hospital bill they continue to send increasingly harassing notices to me claiming I have not paid when I have. I still have no idea what happened to me a year ago and deeply regret coming here. I was not dehydrated, I had not taken anything different or eaten anything different. I wish I had gone to an urgent care center instead of wasting my time here.

I actually never leave reviews but had to for this. My one year old had a fever of 104 last night. Wnj is closer to us than TMC so i called them to tell them we were on our way to assure she got immediate care. Both ladies on the phone were so rude. The first one, the operator i couldn't even understand so i had to ask if it was wnj. Told her what happened and shes like um do you want me to connect you. Like yeah obviously. Then the next lady was even ruder. Told HER what was going on and she was like okay?? In a way that said okay why are you calling. I said so is she gonna havr to wait or what cause id assume 104 for a baby her age is dangerous. She said i mean there's people waiting. So i just said okay ill take her to TMC. She just hung up .Thank God i did take her to TMC. They gave her medicine before a room was even ready and then got us in verg fast. Monitered her fever after that and the nurses and doctors were all so nice, trying to cheer her up and stuff. They just need to shut this place down because every experience there is bad for us and for people we know. Tmc is always caring and you can tell they actually try to be faster no matter how busy they are.

Horrible staff my mother had severe headache and dizziness and a Dr.Bennet came and didnt seem like he didn’t want to be there he was mumbling his sentences.When he left a nurce walked in and gave my mom pills and no one seem to bother she was in pain we waited 2 hours until I went to tell a nurce and said that they where “Going to send another nurce” well an hour passed by so I decided to take my mom to a Frisco hospital.What a difference my mom feels way better never go to this hospital.

Went to the er was there for 6 hrs nose wouldn't stop bleeding body aches blood pressure was high. Dr.Junior Taylor that saw me only treated my blood pressure. He never even looked at my nose to find out why it was bleeding. I explained to them I was throwing up and it started bleeding and it wouldn't stop bleeding. They drew blood to run test they gave me the paper and didn't explain anything on the results. They got my blood pressure down that's about it. My nose still bleeds about every time I cough or do any kind of activity. Poor excuse for a hospital or Dr. This place needs to be investigated because they don't seem to want to help people with what they go in for but want to send you and outrageous bill. Been 5 days nose still bleeding.
