The doctors and nurses were very caring while taking care of my mother. They answered all of my questions and made her feel well taken care of and included in her care plan. I would 100% recommend this hospital to everyone!

I have had the opportunity to meet a few of the hospital directors and managers, and have found them to be professional, caring, and dedicated to quality patient care.

The only complaint I have about this hospital is the staff are not cautious of the patient's privacy. The staff is always loud and hold personal conversations on the floors at night where they're heard by the patient. Every time I'm admitted into this hospital I complain about the nurses talking too loud at night. They don't care and have no idea of how that affects the healing process. I've worked at several hospitals throughout my career as a phlebotomist, and the noise level was one of the biggest ways to get written up and even terminated. No one wants to be disturbed while they're sleep in the middle of the night. Especially when you're sick, hurting, and not feeling well. They really need to do better in this area.

I have personally been to the ER on several occasions as a patient and a visitor as well as having a couple of out patient procedures. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in Radiology. The staff is amazing and very comforting even when I was in terrible pain. The ER staff treated us like family where quick with administering patient care. I loved them all. Out patient surgery department is the best. The nurses are so calming and caring and really put you at ease. WHMC is my hospital of choice!
