Like many hospitals in NYC waiting is always ab issue for so many..I've been going to wyckoff hospital for many years and it's come a long way, staff is mostly on top of their game and most of the doctors are attentive and caring as are the nurses...like most places you go for service you wait and hope all goes well..so be patient be polite and things can possibly go well and you'll be in and out.

Had my hand surgery there. Staff is extremely kind, the doctors/nurses are great. They took great care of me.

HORRIBLE SERVICE, CONTAINED ENVIRONMENT, PATIENTS COUGHING W CURTAINS OPEN, EXTREMELY SLOW AND THE STAFF IS INADEQUATE IF I CD OF PUT A MINUS ON THE STAR I WOULD. AND THE COMPUTER SYSTEM WENT DOWN AND THEY HAVE A NEW SYSTEM WHICH NO ONE KNOWS HOW TO WORK! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!

Is i could give this hospital a Cero star i would. Worse experience ever. I wouldn't recomend it to no one. The pass friday i went with my mom and they said to me that they couldnt see my mom because the system was new and they were trying to understand it. It more important a computer than their patients . There was 4 doctor and they wasnt doing nothing.

Went there once for Hand Foot and Mouth disease. Was feeling very unwell and having a hard time staying upright. The staff had me wait for over three hours in a hallway outside of examination rooms before I was seen by a doctor. Afterwards, I had to wait even longer in that hallway for my test results. The reception desk on the second floor was very unpleasant and rather impatient with me, as well. The hospital was not clean. I would recommend seeking out better hospitals in the area, so that you'll be better prepared in the event of an emergency.
