Terrible experience every time they leave me waiting for hours and offer me zero assurance for what is going on i leave with a brief its nithing explanation and feel as though they treat me like a good for nothing pill popper when i have never been am addict in my life to anything! Terrible hospital i would hate to have a life threatening emergency here

Laying here in another ER getting the best treatment now. Been here about 5 days. Ya see, i have pneumonia on 2/3 of each of my lungs. I will probably be in here a total of 2 weeks. However, when desperately asking for help breathing and some oxygen i was told my leveles are ideal and they have people who are really sick to deal with. I asked to be put somewhere private to wait due to the impended panick attack i was having. This nurse told me im breathing fine go sit down. I said if you wont help me breath ill go by a can of O2. Cause im gonna lose conciousness. She then had security come over and get in my face i said get away from me i cant breath and im scared. Thats not aggression. She says "ya look like you can breath to me you dont seem scared." Called the cops on me. Smerk on here face asking "for a unit for a lady you apparently doesnt think we give adequate care". Followed me to my car. I left and came to yav west and my oxygen saturation was 67 upon arrival and dropping. Ive been in the other hospital about a week and am not leaving anytime soon. However yavapai east "had patients who were actually sick to tend to" thanks yavapai east you tried to have a sick and scared patient jailed for being in a panic. YOU LITERALLY ALMOST KILLED ME. I will be reporting every detail on every one of you and will not rest until youve been fired. YAVAPAI EAST CAMPUS YOU WERE ABOSOLUTLY WRONG!

I've had to go there more times than I ever wanted and only have had the best care in the best facility with the best equipment by the best staff.

Very nice and very thoughtful. They treat everyone like a priority and like you matter. The nurses are all very sweet and never make you feel silly. Nurses check in on you and explain what's happening and what's going on, what you're waiting on etc. Wait time is very reasonable. Probably a total in and out time of 2-2 1/2 hours. I've come on a Friday afternoon and Saturday night and it's still the same. They make sure to do as many tests as they can and listen to your symptoms. Best ER in the tri city.

I visited the emergency yesterday for bad hip pain. I went in thinking it was going to be a bad experience and to my surprise it was very good. I had a nurse named Jim who was the Best . He actually cared and I really needed that so, I want to thank you Jim for your time and your caring . Hopefully you will be able to see this . My Doctor was great also and I thank you also . Good job guys
