York General Hospital

Provided absolutely no support when we weren't able to bring mom home. They wouldn't work on admitting to swing bed as self pay until the amount was paid IMMEDIATELY! by me then presented another bill for a larger amount to my elderly mother. Differing times to leave swing bed were given to each of us-but no physician available to dismiss her in the end. Website gives no names of administrators so they are protected from public complaints. Did the least amount necessary to get their payments. WE DO HAVE CHOICES IN HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS>

I went to the hospital yesterday to get me and my daughter looked at, I had to get two shots in my butt for a migraine and the nurse did not to any good. She made each shot bleed terribly out of the bandages. And today once I took my bandages off I found out I am bruised on both the size of a quarter. I won't not recommend goimg to this hospital.

Great Hospital with great customer service. Experienced this first hand recently with very caring staff and virtually no wait time.

I had the experience, last Sunday, to visit the York Memorial Hospital Emergency room and the folks there couldn't have been more accommodating in taking care of me. Great service!
