ChiroWrite EHR Software

ChiroWrite is a software program designed with the Chiropractor in mind. It was designed with the help of a core group of doctors from across the country. Additionaly, over 100 other doctors have provided suggestions and guidance to make ChiroWrite what it is today: an advanced electronics health records (EHR) system that is easy to use, customizable and efficient.

Designed to take advantage of touch screen interfaces such as the Tablet PC or a touch screen monitor, ChiroWrite EHR software allows the doctor to record patient visits/exams quickly and at a high level of detail. SOAP Notes and Narrative Reports can be generated as needed. All documentation is stored for easy retrieval at a later date.

The system has been designed to be simple yet powerful. The interface makes use of point-and-click actions as much as possible. This was a requirement for Pen enablement and has therefore simplified the system screens and interface.

Using ChiroWrite, users can setup text or email reminders for the patient so that they automatically receive a reminder for their appointment. Users can also view the schedule for one doctor at a time or multiple doctors at a time. It can also be viewed based on different services the office. One service can be viewed or multiple services can be viewed at one time.

Patients can sign into ChiroWrite using the Topaz Signature Gem LCD 1X5 to capture their signature. They can also check-in using either a key card to scan themselves in or by inputting their phone number and a pin that they choose. ChiroWrite is a certified system that meets all the requirements of “Meaningful Use”.
