I was sitting in the waiting room for over two hours to get something check out. When they finally arrived I need my parent there and she was in the bathroom so they left. They didn’t come back.

my husbands doctor instructed him to go over to emergency department to be admitted because of a hole in his foot which was through and through, and infected badly.Apparently there are no direct admissions so they told us at ER that he would have to be evaluated by ER doctor first. After setting there for hours he got up to find out how much longer it would be and the receptionist cut the band off his arm and told him to sit in the little chair for vitals. He told them that he had already done all this. He said I just want to know how many is in front of me. They said they were not allowed to tell him that (. Hippa violation?) I got up to go see why they were doing this and after 20 minutes of explaining the nurse called her charge nurse which came out another 20 minutes later to talk to us. She said apparently when we left and came back that put us back behind in line. I said we didn’t leave we’ve been sitting right here waiting with the other 60 people who have been sitting here waiting. Very frustrating experience needless to say after sitting there forever waiting to only be admitted . We left and will not return ! Ridiculous

I have always had a great experience with the doctors and nurses. But when I enter thru the doors close to the pediatricians entrance the smoke from smoking persons is too much to ingest. The smoking area should be further away so nonsmokers should not have to inhale the smoke and cause more health problems to those who do not smoke. Common courtesy. Thank you. I have no issues with those that choose to smoke but please keep your smoke to yourself.

Not to happy with the way the staff treated us Grandparents. We had 3 or 4 staff in the room but when the delivery began 5 other staff came and blocked us from seeing our grandson, they was rude and very unprofessional . The patient and baby was unimportant. As a Nurse I was really discouraged about the care given and discharging was a farce. I am not sure they are qaulified maternity department.
