My grandmother had fell down and they only took x rays, they told us that everything looked good and no fractures. We traveled back home, and she went to her primary physician and was told she has not one but two fractures in her tail bone and possibly a pelvic fracture by her hip. This is not okay, if your going to be working with people who needs help then please do your job right!

Was told Thursday September 5th 2019 we had 7 months to find a nursing home for our family members because they were closing the one in LJ. We voted 2 years ago for a new nursing home with a 2 year plan. Two years is almost up. Not only is this about the residents it is also about the staff. Where are these people supposed to go?. The board are thoughtless people. The staff is amazing at the Nursing Home. I believe what goes around comes around. Board members I hope some day people treat you better and you will not have to go through what you are putting us all through. Just remember non of us are getting younger so your day may come when everything gets pulled out from under you.

Took son to ER for a severe migraine. They treated him right away and were very fast at taking care of his pain. Very friendly staff.

If I could give the ER one star I would. The staff who work the desk came across as if they were so inconvenienced by my husband having an emergency. Seriously, the "reception" we received added to the trauma of having to go into the ER in the first place. Other than a couple friendly doctors and a nurse who knew us, the staff were slow, condescending and unconcerned. Gratefully, once my husband was admitted overnight, the vast majority of the doctors and nurses on the floor were gentle and friendly. Also, when we've needed bloodwork, xrays, or physical therapy, I love going to this place because they are fast and friendly. That's why I give the hospital three stars. I am grateful to have a hospital that offers so many services, but I would really think twice again before taking a family member to the ER here.

Better off going to peublo springs or Denver. The junkies in this community ruined it for everyone that deals with real pain and are honest good hard working people.
