Felt like a burden to staff, i walked into the ER no one asked anything just looked at me like i was there to exchange some pants, meanwhile my moms in extreme pain, i understand and appriciate professional atmosphere and respect the need for billing but its like there is no compassion for health care only a good career and statistics and $$$$$$$$$$ but no basis or moral for health cares primary use to provide essential health care to save a life! its More of a training center for the college students and rumor mill.

Don't come here, even if you were shot in the chest! This hospital is horrible! They misdiagnosed my mother, who had a broken shoulder and wrist, and told her she just had a "sprain"!! When the swelling didn't go down and her pain intensified, we took her to a BETTER HOSPITAL in Denver and they CORRECTLY found the breaks! THIS HOSPITAL IS GROSSLY NEGLIGENT. If you are dying, go somewhere else because they will just kill you faster!!

If I could give a zero or negative number I would. Lousy patient care at this hospital.
Family member ended up being taken to a hospital several hours away and treated.

I had a horrible experience recently regarding a mammogram. Few days prior to Christmas and my birthday and family coming I was told by a tech I had a large mass in my breast. I responded with "when will the doctor read the results?" I'm a two time survivor of cancer. It was very unprofessional of the techs to stress me out! This is NOT their job! Get a clue girls. I recommend to retake your interpersonal relationship class. Very sad for not thinking about my feelings.
