I have had nothing but a great experience here since moving from California in February. I have a team of docs that are nice and they listen. I do have a suggestion though...can you please get a better system of getting and returning urine to the lab. Another lady and I have to walk to another hallway with clear plastic bags so everyone could see what we were about to do. And if that wasnt embarrassing enough we had to walk back to the lab with urine specimen in our hands in a clear plastic bag for everyone to see what we did. And lastly the people in the lab are a little loud and extra while on the clock. Waited to get my urine cup bcuz it was more important for the 5 of them for sure... maybe 6...to discuss personal business. Not professional at all. But I bet my message doesn't even get read... except by the people in the lab... checking on themselves to see if anyone has complained about their behavior.

I have had nothing but great experiances at the Cleveland VA. I left my private doctor and I have had great treatment at the Cleveland VA. I have had a colonascopy, physical therapy for a inflamed nerve in my neck. I was fitted for new glasses and hearing aid. Staff is very patient and responsive to my care. I was referred to the VA in Cleveland by a Vet and I have been referring other Vets to the Cleveland VA. Thank You Cleveland VA

Going thru oncologist, hemotolgist, pain mngt, ID etc since sept and still no answers as to why I can barely walk. I have spent 4 weeks in admittance, they have lost paperwork, bloodwork and communications. Balls drop in this hospital daily and its a shame. Veterans deserve only the best and this is not the place for it. It pains me more to see the senior veterans being treated worse than me. We veterans are nothing more than a number to this establishment. Shame on you VA.
