Crittenden Health System

I was waiting in the patient room. Dr. Maddux and nurses were watching a video outside that had explicit language. I could hear them swearing. As a patient, I'm not sure how to take this. It might have been a racial slur. This is unprofessional. I'm skeptical of the medicine I was prescribed. I wouldn't go to Maddux. I don't trust any of the administration in this area.

They don't have negative or it would be. I wouldn't take anyone or send anyone to this place, they're hateful and demeaning. The doctors don't agree and dont discuss anything with each other. The nursing staff is mostly rude and look down their noses at you and give you hateful looks and attitude. They will lie right to your face, go through your things like you're a thief and talk down to you. Very bad experience with this place. Needs to be shut down. Wouldn't even send a sick animal to this place! Run.

Ok so barely anyone was there only like 12 people in the waiting room I wait for 4 hours to see a doctor just for chest pain

The staff was very friendly and they took great care of my granny. They are absolutely amazing and made our situation a lot easier. Thank you so much!

I would give this hospital 0 stars if i could. The ER needs a new staff and higher standards for dealing with sick children.. 2+ hours waiting to be checked in to be seen for a 8 year old with a 102+ fever is unacceptable.
