Our nurse, Joe, was attentive and personable. I strongly dislike needles and when I needed to have an IV put in my arm, he made a joke to calm me down and make me feel more comfortable. Overall, the staff were polite, considerate, and extremely helpful.

Best hospital and best food for maternal care. Had my baby hear and the staff was amazing, we were taken care of phenomenally. The food was shockingly good and plentiful. There were always snacks and they made sure we all ate. My mom even mentioned never seeing a cleaner hospital. We constantly joke that if I ever get pregnant again we are driving the 4 hours back to this hospital. I have been to numerous hospitals over the years and this is the only one I rave about.

My wife and I have had several procedures at Dublin over the last few years. Each and every time the patient care is absolutely amazing. We highly recommend Dublin. I would give Dublin 10 stars if I could.

Had surgery here today. My experience was amazing. From the check in desk at the front door to surgery waiting room to pre surgery to recovery. My Doctors were awesome. Great experience.

Amazingly poor service after leaving ER, starting with nursing staff that does not check on the patient in the room since it is Sunday evening And they are short staffed, to financial services staff who cannot find existing files, to doctors who do not communicate to the patient and tell the attending nurse that they don’t understand why the patient was admitted, to operators who do not know where to transfer calls, to surgery waiting room attendants who leave prior to the last patient leaving the recovery room with no one for waiting family to ask questions. Not sure what happened to this facility but lack of training and lack of management over sight are the first things that come to mind.

As a follow up and after seeing other reviews, I am amazed that the hospital seems to alternate canned responses to poor reviews. Further proof of lack of concern.
