Flower Hospital

Flower Hospital provided the best emergency care for my most painful situation. My experience started with their security guard volunteering to park our car so my Mom can stay with me. The staff, nurses and doctors were so kind and respectful, spending time with me and never making me feel like cattle. It's a community here. Feels like you're among highly skilled friends and neighbors, with room service. Although my body put me through my most painful moments ever, I am completely grateful for the team of expects at Flower that relieved my pain and fixed my problem... with kind attitudes and genuine care. It's clear these people like what they do and have a great team relationship. Thank you Dr Adam, Thank you Super Nurses (Lacey, Jamie, Jessica, Jennifer, Debbie) and their wonderful assistants.Thank you ER Nurse Christina. Thank you Flower Hospital!

With out going into great detail my son was recently in flower for almost two weeks. He went in being very sick and icu nurse Tiffany watched him closely and literally saved his life! It is thanks to her that I didn’t have to say good bye to my son! We then spent 7 days in icu and all staff was great ! I’m a forever grateful mom.

Everyone always seems happy and the care is excellent. The gift shop always has unique items and for hospital food, it's pretty good.

If you want to keep getting random bills, go here! It’s been over two years since I had a baby and we are still getting random bills from Promedica. My husband and I have called so many times trying to figure out the billing. We just got yet another bill today added on to our payment plan from something that happened over TWO years ago?! I feel like it is never going to stop, how do you pay something off when there is no end in sight. Super disappointed.

If I could have gave no stars I would have... such bull I should have just went to urgent care never once seen a doctor there all nurse practitioners in there can't even send a doctor in I would have saved a lot of time and money going to an urgent care.. went in complaining of back pain and chest pain told them my pain level was an 8 never once gave me anything for the pain the whole time I was there for the 3 1/2 hours I got tired of waiting to get discharged so I just walked out
