Dr park in the emergency room is the rudest doctor I ever came across in my life. And then Lisa the rn had the most disrespectful attitude I ever seen. I never seen a completely rude staff from the minute you walk in until you leave. I wouldn’t come back here if I was on the verge of being dead and this hospital was the only one around. Besides that when the lady came to register me. Her first question was do you feel Spanish??? I’m not kidding that is a standard question. I’m still in shock that question came out of her mouth. Then the next question was what religion you prefer?? Like seriously is this even a hospital? Maybe trumps hospital. Horrible experience don’t come here trust me you will regret it.

Teach Catholic doctrine (AKA COMMON DECENCY STANDARDS) at this CATHOLIC hospital. Your 20 year old AND 20 year old-in-spirit nurses and doctors walk around with LOUD, FOUL MOUTHS (ACTUALLY CUSSING IN THE HALLS). PEOPLE ARE SICK AND DYING and you have the MOST ARROGANT, UNAWARE staff I have ever seen (and I have been in and out of medical treatment my whole life.) I feel like I am back in college/high school soon as I walk in your doors. I am planning on writing many more letters to MANY more of your executives until I personally see something is done. NO ONE should feel more stressed in a HOSPITAL than they ALREADY DO. LORD have mercy on your management team because I don't even blame the staff at this point ( AND THAT is being MODEST / MERCIFUL.) Please expect way more communication from me because "FOOLS DO NOT TAKE CORRECTION well"- Catholic doctrine/COMMON DECENCY DOCTRINE. Shameful Shameful Shameful. Very sad.

My elderly mother admitted for a foot surgery. The surgery got delayed while she had been advised of no food no water for 24 hours before the surgery. The hospital said there were no room for the surgery as the operating room that my mother had been booked for was still occupied for another patient. Absolutely acceptable practice. Bad managed hospital period.

Emergency room staff are loud, and unprofessional. It was not a CODE, but just talking loudly... Insurance rep, loudly asked for my Social Security number, which I declined to state it "out loud"....The ER Doctor was disinterested, and rude to my partner. They seem understaffed, and not interested in patient care.
