Watch out your pocket!!! ONLY for iron infusion I was billed $12.000; the doctor insisted to have 2 rounds of infusion, while I asked for another medication with 1 time infusion. Separately I was charged for doctor appointment, lab tests and the utilization of the facility. You are going for the outpatient visit, you will be charged anytime with $450/visit (they offer a ordinary room to talk to your doctor, nothing special). Waiting time — 1 hour at least. I have to mention that I have commercial insurance and this hospital is robbing your pocket; heads up—you will receive multiple bills, from different companies/locations.

I was a patient there from 7/24/19 to 8/22/19 (29 days). I stayed on 6 Marian , and the Nursing, PCT and Physical Therapy staff could NOT have taken better care of me for my duration. This was the most professional staff that I have ever had, while staying in a hospital. They made it very hard for me to leave, because they made me feel safe and at home. I grew very fond of each and every one of them. There was not one single thing, in 29 days, that I could say, went wrong or was not done properly. Thank you everybody for your care and professionalism. I will miss all of you BUT, you will see me again as a visitor this time. Just listen for "The Music". Thank you again!!

The staff in the ER was as attentive as they could be. Management of this hospital needs to get their heads pulled from their arses and realize how severely understaffed they are. Do not go here on a weekend as there is no one. If you can, drive a bit further and go to a real hospital in the city I give the staff, doctors, and nurses 5 stars They are working hard Whoever is running this hospital and making staffing cut backs to save money (seems obvious), needs to be replaced with someone who cares and doesn’t just look at their bonus for a bottom line. Seriously understaffed!!!! Sorry no mri or cat scan available because it’s a Sunday. We don’t have specialists here because it’s a Sunday! Seriously!!!!! Medical care is not Monday-Friday. Wake up Holy Name Hospital Management and hep your community! We all need to make money but not at a cost like this!!!

I went ER with an incredible pain in my back from falling in my house. I was in tears all the time that I stayed there because of the pain. At the end they send me home with the same pain that Brought me there. Here comes the worst. I started getting bills all over the places. I had to make a deal with them to pay what I thought will be the last one, almost $1000. In monthly payments. But, didn’t stop there, I keep getting more bills another one for more than $900 and when I call to ask about it they Said that I still have an extra one not receive yet for more than $500. I have insurance, they charge my insurance too. How much is ER for a few hours and coming back home with the same pain??
