My son is currently inpatient for a bone marrow transplant. We have been so many hospitals...this one, by far, has exceeded all others. From the housekeeping staff, to the coordinators, the nurses and doctors...it helps this mama bears heart to know he is in good hands. Every single person has been nice and uplifting and tends to his every need promptly. Still so overwhelmed, but the staff is always nearby. The cleanliness is amazing and Jewish has set a new standard for me. Thank you for all you do!

Incredibly compassionate nursing staff and the doctors are great as well. Fantastic facility and the lobby latte/cafeteria are delicious. Thanks to everyone there who are caring for my father in law

We were put in an ambulance and they dropped us in the middle of the waiting room after my neighbor had cut half of her middle finger off trimming bushes (she was bleeding crying and needed attention ASAP). We waited four hours in the lobby along with 5 other patients waiting for our turn! (I swear I was so mad I was about to go all John Q on them). We finally get taken back and have to wait even more for a Dr. Let me remind you this is on a Weds. evening (aka they were not busy and their secretary just sat her at her desk playing solitaire- she was very unhelpful).Patients with both major and minor injuries had to WAIT. If you need quick/imminent medical attention this is NOT the place to go/be. (I GIVE IT ZERO STARS)

My family has had multiple experiences with Jewish Hospital over the past 8 months and each experience has been outstanding. Three surgeries and all three, the nurses and support staff was outstanding very compassionate, thorough, professional and best of all very personable. Everyone we came in contact with was absolutely awesome. Two extended hospital stays, and the most amazing nursing and support staff on the 5th floor. The 5th floor is our favorite floor as the nurses and support staff made us feel like family. Answered every question, provided compassion like it was their own family member and had a sense of humor - THANK YOU to the 5th Floor Nurses and Support Staff you are HEROES in every sens of the word. Lastly, a visit to the ER and again, nothing but supportive professional care. Couple points of recommendations - the Vanilla Latte at the Latte Cafe is amazing, the pizza and vegetarian chili in the cafeteria are great and the entire facility is very clean and easy to navigate. We will always consider Jewish Hospital for any care - THANK YOU!
