They claim to have "board certified radiologists onsite" *Check their website* but they outsource their radiology work, so you're waiting 3-5 days to get results, then you have to wait for those results to get to your doctor. People who are sick and in pain should not have to wait a week to find out what is wrong with them. Had I known that my incompetent doctor's office used this hospital I would have gone elsewhere. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone. This in addition to the rumors that they are being sold should be enough to cause anyone to run. With the amount of decent hospitals within a half an hour drive, no one should be spending their time or money with this facility. I've learned my lesson; I hope to get my results and run.

Horrible experience. Female PA in the ED was rude. Our nurse was very unprofessional and far from thorough. Anything besides minor issues (lacerations/broken bones) I would not recommend this facility.

Was referred to Jewish for MRI and X-ray on my shoulder . Excellent customer service and patient care . Very thoural in explaining procedures and above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during the testing . I was given a thank you card for coming with info on who to call if I had any questions or concerns .

Had a outpatient procedure scheduled for this hospital and when I asked for cost they said they would bill my insurance $8,300 for the facility services, This did not include the surgeon's fee. I cancelled my surgery due to cost so I could get competitive prices. It is no wonder Insurance is so high when these medical facilities continue to gouge the Insurance companies with outrageous cost.

My grandmother recently had surgery there, and the staff were beyond incredible. They took the time to explain every thing to her, often repeating themselves. They made sure my grandmother understood everything that was happening to her--from the procedure to giving her medications. Everyone was friendly, and she said she didn't go 15 minutes without someone popping their head in. She felt so cared for and that definitely helped with what was a scary operation to her. They made her so calm and happy. Very happy with our experience here.
