After waiting 1.5 hours, and seeing people that came in after me go in, nobody coming out. Was told it will be several more hours, they were dealing with an emergency. Don't emergencies go to the ER; shouldn't they be transported? And there is only 1 Dr, if they are busy, they have someone oncall? And like 5 workers just standing around talking and no xray technician after 3:30pm. The definition of urgent is "a state or situation requiring immediate action or attention."
The absolute ineptitude of this health care system is astounding. Two times they were supposed to mail me information regarding my procedure, and two times now I've had to cancel appointments that leave me with a large fee, they've failed to file FMLA paperwork which led to termination from my job. They absolutely do not care if you're feeling better, they just want money. Terrible doctors that would rather put you on a pill than listen to your symptoms. They do not explain side effects, and if you're not okay with the side effects listed, Dr. Heng will get angry, and storm out. The joke here is that they're called "health care", when they neither do anything for the benefit of your health, nor do they care if you're better.
Called to speak with their billing department who told me they were unable to help me and that I needed to speak with "Patient Financial Services". Online the phone number is the same for the billing department and patient financial services. The representative I spoke to was less than helpful. Can you people get it together? Or should I just start going to a different provider? I have issues with this every year and this time at I am about sick of it.
Nurse didn't read my chart, I was cut open like a c-section, she threw my legs up and made me cry. Worst hospital experience ever. When I told the nurse, she said "how many ppl did you say that too, she could get into trouble." Well yeah, she sure as hell SHOULD!
