I have been to the Er a couple of times over the last 2 years and I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone. I went to my family doc 3 times last week and they never found out what my problem was. However , I went to the Er with severe pain and the staff was so sweet. They got me in quick to see the doc and treated my pain and immediately done a CT scan and found out what was wrong.I love this hospital and they have a great staff. The doctor Alicia was on duty and she is great. I dont feel as if I could have ask for anything better from this hospital.
I used to hate going the hospital but I went there and Alicia Sharikabi was the doctor that night and she was great along with the nurses. I can't complain they were all very sweet and you could tell Alicia truly cares about her patients she's def my favorite doctor.
Small town Hospital it's okay I guess.
My family and I used to always trust and appreciate the staff at Marcum and Wallace, and it was a pleasant experience. However, that is not the case now. Every time we have to visit this hospital we dread it because the staff are always unnecessarily rude to us. They charge outrageous fees for almost no care given. We were charged for just sitting in their emergency room when there were no other patients and a life threatening allergic reaction had been taken care of thanks to an epi-pen and Benadryl. Overall, do not recommend Marcum and Wallace to anyone.
While here with my 80+ grandmother that was suffering with pneumonia she was very tired and in discomfort, she had been waiting at instant care for quite some time we get to the hospital for an ordered X-ray only to see that there is no X-ray tech to be found anywhere???? Light is off in the only office where she is supposed to be at? My mother has to go chase her down? When she tells my mom it should be a few moments 30 minutes or more goes by.. We decide to leave because my grandmother was getting tired, the tech comes out and tells us rudely that she's had lots of work to do today! We wait another 10 minutes the tech never apologized for our wait or offers an explaination to where she was? I think this hospital needs more weekend help!!!
