I’ve been to this hospital a few different times because it’s close and almost every single time I’ve had a bad experience. I don’t know why on earth I keep taking my kids back but I think this last time will be the last time. Night before last we took our 8 year old daughter because she had a rather large piece of mulch broke off inside of her foot. It was swollen and extremely inflamed. We suggested that they numb the area to try to remove it. Of course they didn’t listen. So now you have a thrashing 8 year old when you try to pick it out. It should have been cut out! So here we are two days later with an infection starting up and on our way to Clark Regional Urgent Care. Which is what we should’ve done to start with. Don’t even waste your time at this bandaid clinic. Honestly it wouldn’t even make a good bandaid clinic. They’re as bad as Jackson hospital!

I have very rarely had good experience this hospital. The female doctor Jackie did not even listen to me. Seems like they think all any patient wants is pain meds, that was definitely not my intentions at all. I didn't want to even go but my pcp sent me there. Only to get no treatment and to be told there was nothing she could do. She didn't even listen so how would she know? I feel helpless. She did not even examine me. I only did what i was told to do by my doctor. Whatever, it is what it is i guess!!

Im with terminal cancer. And I went in tonight with an exposed nerve on my front tooth and Alicia Shirakbari said its a drs prerogative to offer pain relief or not. She said NOT. All she is concerned about is no pain meds. No concern for patients pain or discomfort. Its sunday so ill have to wait for finding a dentist on monday. She is the 3rd bad experience for me at that hospital. I prefer to die before I ever go back. And I plan to let anyone know what a bad hospital it is because it has multiple drs. Who treat patients as if they wished you didnt come. Alicia is a hatefull second agenda person who happens to be in possession of a licence. A license she chooses to use to show no dignity or compation to patients. So I ask? Is she just there to invite patients to her pain control center . Which i was offered on my last visit to marcum wallace ER. By her. SHAME ON HER HATEFUL treatment!! It makes no sense for a metastasized bone cancer patient not on any pain killers, such as myself to even go for the simplest one day pain relief while waiting for a dentist's treatment. For an exposed nerve! Btw. The nurses and check in staff is great, sweet and absolutely wonderfull. But that's not why your going to an ER, is it. Your going in for medical CARE. As an end thought, I wanted to put no stars but had to settle for one. Acually, it would be an honest review if they gave all of us the ability to post negative stars. Then everyone would be given a fair warning.
