This hospital is a best kept secret! All private beds, lovely facility, extremely clean. The patient experience scores are wonderful! When you go to the ER, the docs and nurses are so nice and there is little or no wait time to get in!!

If I could give this hospital zero stars I would. Someone I know went to this hospital the other day because of a boil/abscess on there knee/shin that has gotten infected. First thing the doctor said is "did you shoot up right there". First of all they have a list of the medications the person in question is on and can see that this person has been in a program for 6/7 years. The doctor wouldn't even let them speak. After the doctor made this person feel like they was a no good person and that they didn't deserve treatment he just gave them prescriptions and sent them out the door. He didn't blood work that should have been done. He did a culture but of a burn that has been healed for a while. I personally will not go to this hospital ever again if I can help it.

Super nice staff, but borderline worthless services based on 4 basic (2 adult and 2 kid) ER visits. Great place to recieve a $1000+ bill and an ace wrap. Any injury more than stitches, save urself frustration and just go straight to a University Hosp. Center.

Dr. Akusoba has to be the worst doctor ever! If they dont get a new doctor soon they might have a hospital to worry about. How do you send a patient home with back pain knowing she has numbness in both legs, and in the face. Her cheeks, eye balls, lips, tongue. She has also has had problem with breathing. Has stopped for very short periods of times .He didn't seemed concerned about it. Told me to contact my doctor about tomorrow. So I asked the nurse about it and she blew it off and told me that I was breathing right now and didn't stop while I was there. I was only there an hour and a half. She said to have one of my sons to stay up and make sure it doesn't happen. Omg!!! My kids have school!!! Are we serious???? She said I was alive right now! Omg!!! This is how this hospital is run. Dont get me started about what they gave me for the pain! Or better words didn't give me anything. I would rather ride on a tractor to Cleveland than to be treated at this hospital. ..

Go to this ER at your own risk! The doctor will ask you questions then talk over you as you start to answer. Seems like everyone hates their job in there and you’re just another number. The place is run down. If you can, go someplace else.
