Mercy Memorial Hospital

My mother of 91 was in ICU. She was in ICU for 3 days and the nurses were the best I have ever witnessed. They were kind, they spoke to my mom telling her what they were going to do, even though she was in a comatose state. They answered our questions with kindness and patience. I believed they were doing their very best to save my mom. We will never forget the skill and professionalism and down to earth treatment we received. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. I loved the staff from the cleaning staff up to the nursing. Everyone made me feel as if I were the only patient on the floor, but, of course, I knew it wasn't true. I like to order my meals like I was at a restaurant. It makes the hospital experience less stressful. I give it 4 stars because, after all, it is a hospital.

I got violently sick and was brought in by ambulance. My husband is a truck driver so we are not from the area. All staff that I had contact with were caring and knowledgeable. I was admitted to keep watch on my chronic disease. I received prompt response when calling for nurses and had all needs met. I was very thankful to be cared for by this hospital.

Listen, ive been here 2 times in between dental pain and an infected tooth pain. (Wisdom teeth) and the staff was very unprofessional at night time and now in the morning. This hospital emergency room is a joke i really hope the whole hospital is not like this. Very very disappointed in the emergency room staff, becides the gentleman that signed me in.

Everyone was very helpful on getting me to the right department and how to get there. Registration at the desk only took 4 minutes and it was hardly even 45 seconds in the waiting room before they called my name. The waiting room only had 1 other person at the time. I described my symptoms to about 4 or 5 of the physicians there and they all came to the same conclusion. Good to know that it's not just one person's opinion. Overall I might have spent about 50 minutes here.
