Mount Carmel New Albany Surgical Hospital

This is a great place for all the reasons others have listed, but could someone who can, please remove this business from showing up on Google when people search for an emergency room? I have talked with multiple people who have come rushing up to this building looking for an emergency room, since this location is the first one that comes up if you search and you're near here. People potentially in serious need are wasting valuable time coming to the wrong location. I was just there and had a woman drive up and ask where the emergency room entrance was and I had to try to help her get directions to a real emergency room. It's nobody's fault that it is coming up on that search, but if someone can do something about it, it would be great.

This is a great place with warm, caring, and helpful employees. They treat their patients and families with great respect.

I had Mark Gittins for 2 knee replacements 10-25-2018 and 2-14-2019. I can walk and kneel with out pain something i haven't been able to do for 5 or 6 years. New albany hospital could not do enough for you. Treated you like a king. Office visits were great to. Just 5 to 10 minutes wait to see Doctor. Went over x-rays in detail and answered ever question i had. Had therapy at OrthoNeuro in Westerville. They were great also. They made sure you progressed each week. I can do things now that i was doing in my 40 and 50's. I am 77 now.

Had my knee replaced here a month ago. What a great facility! Everyone was so nice and the nurses were the greatest. Fast check in and they made sure my needs were met in an expedient fashion. When we went to leave, the battery in our car had died and they got us up and on our way in no time. Highly recommend Mount Carmel.

Everyone is very polite here. Easy registration and it's easy to stay informed about everything going on.
