Went in to get checked for horrible lower abdominal pain. I was sent in to sit in an uncomfortable plastic chair despite my pain. After several minutes the doctor briefly asked me about my symptoms and left without any sort of examination. About an hour later a urine test and blood test were administered and then I was once again left to wait for about two hours. Finally, someone came by and told me that I would be able to leave as soon as my IV finished with no explanation as to what was happening with me. I was sent home with agonizing pain being told that they could find nothing. Never saw the doctor again after the beginning.

This hospital sucks!!! My dad has been in and out for the past two months and something is always happening!!! The nurses are knowhere to be found! Some of them are flat out rude. While my dad was at the hospital I received a call from a nurse telling me he was being discharged and giving me all personal health information I then realize she was talking about another patient. She tried to fix it by saying the patients daughter had the same name as I. Anyway the hospital need to train their staff to be kind and empathize. I mean you are in the medical field working with patients if you do not have patience then maybe you shouldn’t be working with people!!! Horrible

I have worked at Lourdes (non medical), done clinical rotations (nursing), been a patient and had loved one here as a patient and I have never been disappointed in the amazing staff. As a student, the staff were supportive and helpful and always willing to answer a question. As a patient and family member the nurses, techs, aides, dietary people and environmental staff always seemed willing to go the extra mile for their patients. Lourdes is great hospital with top notch people.

Glasgow Snow

Just had my defibrillator replaced. Everyone treated me with respect and great care. I have never had a bad experience coming to this hospital. Employees are always very pleasant and handle your requests immediately. Sending me a thank you card to my home after my last visit was a very nice gesture.

Don't go there, customer service was horrible and for 4 hours checkup I got a bill from 3 different agency for total of $8,200. They suck
