The parking attendant working on 6/21 at 12pm at the Camden location was extremely rude. I did not have any cash on me and only had coins in my car. Thankfully I had $4 in coins but unfortunately $0.20 was in pennies. When I pulled up I told him I only had coins. He accepted the first $3 in quarters and dimes and nickels but got very angry when I tried to give him the pennies. I apologized that I didn’t have any cash and this was all I had but he said just give him the $3 and he doesn’t need my pennies. Then he proceeded to tell the person in line behind me I tried to give him 100 pennies and I’m out of my mind.

This was really upsetting to me because he doesn’t know anything about me or my situation. This man was the last Our Lady of Lourdes employee I interacted with and based on this interaction I would not recommend this hospital. If this is the type of people you employ I would not want me or a loved one going here for compassionate care in a time of need.

I had surgery here on a Tuesday morning and was treated in the 6 North recovery ward until the following Wednesday evening. The surgical prep team, the surgical team, and the recovery team were all great. They had a superb bedside manner, checked in on me frequently, and responded to my needs quickly. I don't remember the names of everyone but I know some of the nurses who really took great care of me were Jackie, Marina, Laura, and Sandra.

Don't bring your family their, workers smell like weed I'm guess some staff are allowed to get high on break, suggesting: random drug testing!! On all staff

It's a year ago I wrote this and still no change workers are still allowed to walk around high on weed!

Place has REALLY gone down hill since my transplant. And even then the staff was incompetent. But last weekend was just ridiculous. I go to ourpatient to get bloodwork. It took 3 hours and of mostly waiting. I walk in, and there's the phlebotomist, and a guy ( who I initially thought was an employee) wearing a lab coat. The phlebotomist draws my blood but has trouble so she has the guy in the lab coat come over to retie the terniqute. He stands up and I see him dressed in flip flops shorts a t shirt and the lab coat. And he tried to put on the terniqute. I didn't realize it was bring your friend to work day. Not to mention she called him" boo". This place is awful. I am glad they are getting sold.
