HORRIBLE.....My father was admitted with heart failure yesterday and I have NOT been able to contact him since then. I was on hold for over 45 minutes EACH time I called the hospital. When I was FINALLY connected with his room.....the call did NOT connect. This is SO frustrating. I can't even contact the nurses station because I am on hold AGAIN!!! I live out of state and have NO idea what is going on with my dad...this is HORRIBLE.

AGAIN DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BRING ANY VALUABLES WITH YOU TO THIS PLACE DON'T TRUST THE STAFF IN THE ER DEPARTMENT....MY BROTHER WAS IN THERE NOT ONLY DID HE HAVE TO SIT IN A HOSPITAL BED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR/HALLWAY HE WAS TOLD HE HAD LIVER FAILURE THE DOCTOR NICOLE BASICALLY TOLD MY BROTHER GO HOME AND DIE LIKE SHE HAD NO HOPE FOR HIM SHE THOUGHT BECAUSE she had a previous patient weeks before with the same issue who did not make it that my brother wouldn't either this was only hour's of him being there he then was taken to get an MRI me and my mother left while he got his test done came back he was asking for his AIRPOD HEADPHONES which we asked his first nurse about her name was Kelly very unprofessional she told us she was going to get security to open the MRI room because it was closed to look for his air pod's hour's went by atleast 4 we had to go look for Kelly which she was nowhere to be found come to find out the shifts changed so she lied about going to look for his air pod's in the MRI room she also lied about putting his air pod's with his phone we looked everywhere his new nurse after switching shifts did not come and check on him at all when arriving no introduction of herself we had to go find her and ask her about my brother's headphones in which she gave us the same run around about having security open the door to look for them she also disappeared for hour's without checking on my brother while his machine was beeping and one of the bag's needed to be replaced she was nowhere to be found her name was Tina very rude...so not only did doctor Nicole have no hope for my brother basically saying he wasn't going to make it like her previous patient but the NURSE'S and doctors are rude disrespectful and thieves worst experience ever no doctor should ever say what Nicole did to me and my mom it's sad you spend all this money into a hospital where your belongings get stolen by STAFF and you are treated like a nobody I don't see how this hospital isn't reliable for replacing my brother's very expensive headphones that he loved and worked hard for I do not recommend this hospital to anybody ever they look down on their patients and clearly some of the NURSE'S have race issues while my brother was barley checked on by Tina she was busy attending to another African American lady with no serious problems...it took my brother 2 day's to get into a room he was next in line for a room instead they decided to give his room to a stroke patient this is a sad hospital and very unsanitary used gloves and open paper all over the floor's...ms.kelly also left an empty syringe after sucking the liquid out sitting on my brother's bed so when Tina was changing something she found it under him... this hospital should be shut down never seen a hospital with so many bad reviews go elsewhere people where you're belongings are safe you are safe you are treated with respect and you are checked on and given the Care you need... this whole hospital needs a change all new doctors and nurses in the ER... although when he was moved to a room on the second floor all his NURSE'S there we're nice that's about it....to miss Nicole who didn't have faith in my brother's life sweetie he's doing great living his best life I will pray nobody ever says the heartless thing you did to my brother to one of your loved ones and to have the audacity to say sorry to be the BARRIER of bad NEWS unbelievable..... So leave all your valuables at home because they will act like they don't know what happened to them like they did my brother my mom also stayed here a year or so ago both her and my sister's Phone went missing so be aware they will steal from you never in my life heard of being robbed by employees at a hospital where you are supposed to be loved and cared for very heartless place ...IF I HAD THE OPTION FOR 0 STAR'S I WOULD....go somewhere else where they care about their patients and not leave you unattended for several hour's without making sure you are okay or if your loved one is hungry or thirsty

The staff in the morning until 7 are wonderful in the 6N building, but the night staff suck smh!!! This is the second night in a row that I have to deal with the machine beeping non stop and no one will come fix it even when you call for help smh!! It's been 35mins since I rang the bell for them to change the IV bag so the machine could stop beeping smh we will see how long this will take, more than likely I will have to get up to get someone. Last night everytime i rang the bell I waited over 15mins and no one showed up thank god it wasn't an emergency, on top of that I had to leave the room to go get help. This definitely don't make you feel safe and secure.

after a bout with atrial fibrillation, I went to the ER and was treated by Dr. Russ Harris and his amazing staff. I was admitted for 24 hours and cant say enough good things about all of the staff....nurses to food service people. EVERYONE was wonderful and nice. Being sick was never so pleasant!

I had surgery here on a Tuesday morning and was treated in the 6 North recovery ward until the following Wednesday evening. The surgical prep team, the surgical team, and the recovery team were all great. They had a superb bedside manner, checked in on me frequently, and responded to my needs quickly. I don't remember the names of everyone but I know some of the nurses who really took great care of me were Jackie, Marina, Laura, and Sandra.
