Worst ER experience I've had. The waiting room was empty except for me. It took 30 minutes before I was seen by someone for the pain I had from a kidney stone. The front office staff showed no compassion and the nursing staff wasn't in a hurry to help me with the pain. This is simply a doctor's office for people without a primary care doctor. There was nothing "emergency" about it. Once the pain was under control the doctor that saw me was great. I might not be alive if I actually had a life-threatening problem when I arrived. This facility should be avoided it at all possible. I recommend driving by it to a legitimate emergency room. And be prepared to be gouged with the billing. I am. If I had a true emergency room experience, I'd feel better about the crazy amount they are charging me. Again, avoid this facility if at all possible!

I’m being overly generous with the one star. The place is a disorganized mess. How they stay in business is beyond me.

Cold and uncaring. Go elsewhere.

I’d give it a zero if I could. I came here through Emergency because this isn’t the hospital I actually go to. But came in because my water broke. (I was 40 weeks & 4 days pregnant). They gave me a test to check if it was my actual water, & when the nurse got the results, it said that yes it was. She sounded confident & supposedly with 30+ years of experience. About an hour later, she comes into my labor room & tells me that she “read it wrong”.. They told me I could go home. Well I went to my appointment at Northfield, & guess what. My water did break & I was low on amniotic fluid. I could’ve lost my baby because of the stupid nurse/hospital. Thank god nothing happened to my baby, but seriously they’re so careless they didn’t care for my baby’s health. I live in town & I have many more reasons why I decided awhile back to never get taken care of in this hospital. They don’t care about you.
