This was my first visit here. Thank god I’m gonna be ok. I had to give props to 2 nurses that took really good care of me. Nurse Jones and Monica!! I can surely see you guys serve with love and exceptional care for your patients. Keep up your great work and may god bless you and your family always. ❤️❤️ Nurse Monica you discharge me and I’m def gonna take your advice. Thank you so much.

The intake at this location is very slow The emergency room might as well be out patient services. They might as well rename it "Casual treatment center". If you escape with your life intact, the next round will be with your wallet. One from the doctors and one from the hospital. Your wallet will lose. The billing center will call you at inopportune times and ignore you if you call and leave messages. And then report you to collection agency. Unless you are dying, please stay away.

If you value your life, avoid this horrible excuse for a hospital. I've seen better care and attention at a clinic in a third world country than here. Absolutely horrible ER intake, horrible bedside manners by nurses and doctors (who will only see you for 2 minutes, if that). I feel bad for the few good and caring workers (like the janitor who had to yell at a nurse to look at my wife after she was bleeding out in front of others in the waiting room while waiting without being attended to) who are stuck working here with such horrible coworkers.

If you have the option, do not choose this hospital. I went in last week after being referred to the ER by a PromptMD. We were checked in quickly, but the ER staff was rude, and extremely lacking in bedside manner. For starters, they inserted an IV into my left arm (the vein they used is the vein all doctors choose when I've had bloodwork done in the past, and there have never been issues) and the IV was so painful I wasn't able to lift or move my arm without shooting pain and numbness that stretched all the way down to my fingers. I asked the nurse if it was normal to be that painful, and she said "well, it's not supposed to feel good." Okay.... The nurse also tried to administer fluids through the IV, but she wasn't able to get it to hook in properly, so she wiggled the needle around. It still didn't work. I finally asked if it was possible to take it out and try the other arm. While I was waiting, someone (who was actually amazing) from the transport team came to get me to take me to the ultra sound room. I asked her if we could remove the IV before the test, and she asked three nurses/techs in front of my husband and me, and all three responded the same, "No, I'm on my break. Find someone else." I understand they were on a break, but my issue is they didn't care that they said this IN FRONT of me. At least talk like that away from the patients. There is plenty more to my visit, but I'd just say to go to a different hospital, if you have the option.

This hospital is literally the worst hospital ever. The nurses and staff are VERY unorganized when it comes to transporting their patients and collecting any urine or blood samples. Not only that, but the wait time is RIDICULOUS. You could literally be in there for 6 hours just to be given an “ok” to go home. This hospital needs to work on bettering it’s wait time and simply just become organized.
