This was my first visit here. Thank god I’m gonna be ok.
I had to give props to 2 nurses that took really good care of me. Nurse Jones and Monica!! I can surely see you guys serve with love and exceptional care for your patients. Keep up your great work and may god bless you and your family always. 😘😘❤️❤️
Nurse Monica you discharge me and I’m def gonna take your advice. Thank you so much.
The intake at this location is very slow The emergency room might as well be out patient services. They might as well rename it "Casual treatment center". If you escape with your life intact, the next round will be with your wallet. One from the doctors and one from the hospital. Your wallet will lose. The billing center will call you at inopportune times and ignore you if you call and leave messages. And then report you to collection agency. Unless you are dying, please stay away.
It's no surprise this hospital receives so much negative feedback. I came in with my wife because she had an appointment for a medical procedure. When we arrived to admission, the admitting receptionist seemed more focused about ordering lunch for the staff and inquiring on why her debit card was not working before admitting my wife for surgery. I usually don't post negative reviews. In fact, I don't post reviews at all. However, I felt it was necessary to share this experience so others can find a better hospital to go to. From the looks of it, they don't seem too concerned. They'll just reply back to these comments with a phone number to call and remain the same.
One of the worst experiences i have had in the ER. No one cares or knows what’s going on. Only one physician in charge and if there is a true emergency you better buckle up as you will be spending a LONG time waiting. I am a medical professional and worked in a hospital in the past but I have never seen anything like this before. Unreal!!!!!
This place is nice in the outside waiting room. Once you go into the emergency center it’s really not clean looking. It was so hot in there about 85 degrees and I was in short sleeves and still sweating. There were gnats and bugs crawling on the ground and in the bathroom I guess because of the humidity. Nurse tried to take my blood two times and said it wasn’t going to work even though blood was coming out... then I was gushing blood because he poked with two thick needles in the same spot. I do fine with taking blood but this really hurt my arm. He apologized for it though and was helpful explaining what medicine to take and food to eat to help my condition. They didn’t do any other tests and just prescribed medicine. I was in and out pretty quickly- about 2.5 hours which is record time for an emergency visit compared to other hospitals I’ve been to in the past.
