This place is horrible. I have degenerative disk disease and all the Nurse Practitioner would give me was Naproxen. How am I suppose to function when I’m in pain? She said she didn’t know. She wasn’t even a real doctor. She didn’t examine me or anything. Just gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. I’ll NEVER go back to this horrible hospital again.

Easy to notice from traffic, emergency department is on the back side. Provide medical attention anyone of all ages. Very caring and friendly staff. Always trying to provide the best services possible. They have delivered a few of the babies throughout the family. Plenty of restrooms and snack machines. Cafeteria as well. Free parking, front and back. Highly recommend to locals and anyone traveling interstate 77 because it’s maybe a mile from the exit if that. Great location. Always clean inside and out.

Extremely poor discharge planning. The only time she saw a case manager was the day before discharge. Sent my sister home knowing she could not negotiate the 17 steps up to her apt. We had to call the fire department for that.
Also knowing her only caregivers at home were a disabled person and a 90 year old mother. Big safety issues not addressed. Could not get her in rehab so sent her home with home health physical tberapy and occupational therapy. 10 days post discharge neither service has come to the apartment yet.
As a former registeted nurse I would not recommend this hospital.

My mom has been in the hospital here 3 times since March. They JUST found that she has blood clots in her lungs. I am beyond upset due to the fact multiple nurses/staff was beyond rude. In SICU they would leave her IV pump beeping for 15-20 minutes before doing anything about it. I am so fed up with the rude staff here. When you have a loved one in the hospital, in bad condition, a nice person or a rude person can make all the difference. If you don’t have the heart to work in healthcare and be compassionate, DONT.

Absolutely horrible hospital, staff is lazy and not professional at all. They are all stone cold heartless. Immuned to patients feelings and family members. Everyone who comes to this hospital and stays gets staff infections. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL NO MATTER WHAT IS WRONG!!!!!!!!
