I utilized to emergency room today and couldn't be happier with my experience! My nurse, and doctor were fantastic listeners, had A+ bedside manners and were thorough in regards to tests run. I had a ct scan and the staff that assisted me there were also very friendly. I arrived today feeling extremely ill, and left feeling incredibly better. I am so grateful for the care I was given today, everyone was wonderful!
I had a wonderful birth experience at this hospital, no complaints there, whatsoever. The nurses are amazing! However their insurance processing and billing for both the hospital, and clinic visits needs some work. A year later and I am still getting bills that should have been sent to insurance. I have called multiple times and also called my insurance company. Some were even sent to collections.
The staff has been nothing but rude. I will never return, one receptionist even laughed at a serious medical question I asked. They need different people. I have never felt so unwelcomed.
This hospital is an absolute joke. Went through the motion to have surgery gave all the information to sue that I had and they called me the day before at 4pm and told me I couldn’t have surgery because my insurance wasn’t validated. They had over a week to validate my insurance and did nothing about it. Great place will never return to this hospital
-Rude nurses and doctors
-Without running any form of tests, doctor assumed like there was nothing serious when I was advised to come to ER by an urgent care nurse, with possiblity of my lungs being clogged after vitals/tests were taken.
-the way the doctor talked it was as if I was wasting their time, and had to defend my reason for coming in.
-registration lady came in and asked some basic questions. She later asked me about my emergency contact and I told her my brothers name and phone number. She started asking for his birthday and address. I was skeptical since I've never had anyone ask for my emergency contacts bday and address before. I told her she didnt need to know since he's not the patient.
-waste of time and money
