I’m sorry. I reviewed this hospital earlier thinking I was reviewing Saint Thomas Rutherford. No, I would not choose this one over all others. I go to Rutherford instead. This hospital treated me two days in a row when I had a bowel obstruction and they made the pain worse by giving me laxatives and magnesium stuff to try to make me go to the bathroom. They thought I had constipation. They caused me excruciating pain. Went to another hospital for a THIRD visit and was hospitalized for days! No, I don’t recommend this place.

This will be the last time we use this ER. Brought my daughter in after an ATV accident at 2:30 they took us back to a room almost immediately. It was not till 7:00 when they came to get her for a head CT. According to one of the nurses they had forgotten to get a urine sample to make sure she wasn't pregnant, so their mistake cost us extra hours in there waiting!!!! Their is no excuse for making a patient wait this long for testing!!! Especially when it is dealing with the brain!!! Shame on you River Park for hindering patient care!!!!!!

I would like to know why you use so many scented toxic chemicals all over the hospital. I couldn't even visit my sick child in the hospital. Even wearing my carbon filter mask. I live in mcminnville and am scared halve to death that I will have to become a patient in your death chamber that you call a hospital. I have been to er and it's bad with unnatural scents but not as bad as the whole rest of hospital. I'm not the only one that feels this way. Many people I know have taken a chance with their lives and drove past your place to go to another county. A hospital should be a safe place not deathly. Shame on you.

If I could give this place a negative score I would. My one year old child was spiking a fever of 103 plus. Due to this place being close and her temp I decided against my better judgement to take her here.. big mistake! They did nothing but a simple rushed exam and told us very rudely that it was viral it needed to run its course. And also to take my child off the antibiotics her pediatrician prescribed her. We did not thankfully. She had a U.T.I. and it made her fever spike to 105. We took her to Cookeville Regional where they actually done some tests and figured this out for us. You could have hurt my child with your f×÷#%>g incompetence. I am not a happy daddy or satisfied with this. Someone needs to lose their job if they treat not only adults, but one year old children this way. Shame on you river park.. shame on you!!

The NP I had today needs some lessons in being respectful. Yes I hurd your smart remark. Thank you for confirming why I just deal with whatever happens to me at home instead of going to the ER. No I'm not a druggie. I'll take my ibuprofen at home since nothing is wrong with my swollen black an blue ankle. Yes I was upset after you walked off an said Nope. The ones that really need help doesn't bother getting itit because of people like you. I thought your supposed to be Respectful, caring person to be in the field your in.
