From the emergency room to intensive care to my med surg floor everyone was wonderful. Every doctor, every nurse and every aide were so helpful and just really nice. The dietary staff were so great in making sure I had the things I needed to support my nutritional meds. The ladies in the gift shop we so nice every time I went in they were just happy to see me.
I would recommend this hospital to everyone.
They made sure I was comfortable and took the time to listen to my needs.

Entered ER ,was X-Rayed and given script to show up in the morning for a scheduled MRI. Dr. Baumgartner did not want to call in a doctor on christmas so he put me the patient paying for service out. I purchased a hotel as from being out of the area. The next morning I came in as requested and was refused the MRI because the doctor did not write the scrip correctly. ( Addmitance office requested the miss written script back) I went through the ER a second time to get the scan. I explained the situation to Nurse Jeff the tough guy and he retorted "Thats real nice but I don't care what happened and will not figure out why there was a mix up and that I need to leave or pay 4000 upfront for an MRI." All that college money and schooling and you still didnt learn when to admitt when you are wrong. No wonder you have 2 stars. Go somewhere else if your life is not in immediate danger.

Very slow they take walk ins before those that come in ambulance I couldn't walk was having kidney stones and they totally treated me like dirt. When I asked the reason they didn't want to explain and when I was on the phone with my other half expressing my dissatisfaction they called security and lied and told them I was swearing and making trouble and going up to the desk and even another woman in the Waiting room said i wasn't they wouldn't hear me out. UH was a much more pleasant place when it was Robinson

Was there for my dad, I got there at 4 and we didnt see a doctor till 8!!!! We asked to talk to someone not 1 time but 3 different times. That is ridiculous, if they would of at least came to talk to us and give us something for a little piece of mind would of went a long way. But no and when we did get someone they were completely unprofessional and to top it off he went to the wrong room!!! Discuss stuff with another patient about my dad!!! I would never recommend going there! Especially if they are that incompetent to make sure they are even talking to the right patient

6hrs after leaving ER and getting a room. We have yet to see a doctor.. our nurse is making her hourly rounds every 2 hours. Maybe that's protocol i dont know despite asking our patient care assistant 3times in almost 2hrs to see a nurse or doctor or anyone who can tell us anything.... unless ur unconscious or bleeding out. Go somewhere else....
