They acted quickly (immediately) when I went in for what I thought was a gall bladder attack last fall. I was in a lot of pain and they were able to quickly help alleviate the situation. I felt that I was treated effectively and well. I hope to not have to go back, but if the need arises I definitely would.

On one visit, my son was having a reaction to medication and the doctor didn’t seem to know or care what medication he had been given. I had to force them to call his doctor after several hours and then looked up the reaction and treatment online and forced the doctor to give him the appropriate treatment. On another visit, the doctor talked to me for 30 seconds, nurses disappeared for hours, I couldn’t get any info, and was informed when I demanded to take my son home that the doctor had put him under a 72-hour psychiatric hold WITHOUT INFORMING ME while I sat there for seven hours trying to find out what was going on. This place is worse than useless.

I had foot surgery here and had a great experience. The staff were knowledgeable and nice. We received two follow up calls to check on me.

This is the worst hospital I have ever been to, they take people that come in after you, and don't care about why your here, I came in with cracked ribs and they still made me sit while they took other people that weren't even in pain this hospital sucks, bring back robinson, at least they cared about the person

Worst. Experience. Ever. If you're in pain, you probs shouldn't come here, cause they won't care.
